3Remember those in prison as if you were bound with them, and those who are mistreated as if you were suffering with them

Remember those in prison, would this also mean remember those currently in hades the hell fire being burned alive ?

No, it would not. The Bible makes clear once you pass from this life you cannot change your destination. And remember those in prison is talking about those in prison falsely, for the sake of the Gospel.

Christ was put to death and made alive in the spirit, indicating that he was still spiritually active and the bible says that he went in the spirit to proclaim to spirits “in prison.” We would hardly consider Heaven and the presence of God to be a prison, so this can only be a reference to Hell.

That this “prison” is Hell "hades" where spirits are currently burning in a hell fire.

further support from the fact it says that the spirits are those who were disobedient during the days of Noah. Such was their disobedience that it tested God’s patience so this means Jesus preached to people burning in a hellfire such as the rich man to possibly.. the spiritual prison that is referenced here can only mean hades.
