I heard a drill instructor in the Army say that very same thing in regards to military equipment.
That actually was from my Mom.. although she wasn't ever a D.I.( or me, either)..we kids probably thought that when we were young, and "kept in tow". 😊

Stop giving a cr@p what people think about you. Their opinions do not define you; Their opinions do not change you. Rather be who God wants you to be. And as for being politically correct... just don't; don't give others that control over yourself.

Dawn dishwashing liquid can be used for just about any cleaning. I use it for shampoo, put a diluted version in a foaming hand pump for the bathroom sink, wash my car with it, kill bugs with dawn in a spray bottle, clean my dog with it...

Just kidding. I'm a guy. I don't really wash my car. :p But the part about killing bugs, that was serious. It'll drop a wasp fast.

One hack that I wife discovered is that to remove baked-in stuff on pans and casserole dishes easily is to add a little Dawn, fill with water and add a dryer sheet on top. Let soak 5 or 10 minutes and the stuff easily is removed with a scouring pad. Harden stuff comes right off. Tremendous time saver.
That is something I will definitely use!

Turn off the TV. It's a waste of life and you don't need anyone else (especially them) in your head!
True! Pretty much the only time we watch TV is when I'm folding clothes or while we are eating a quick meal.

I learned.."There's a place for everything...and everything in it's place"
This way you don't lose time and effort. 😉
Yeahhhhhhhh.... I'm still working on that one o_O

Thats a lot of dawn you're going through! I do use it to mop my floors and for dog (and occasionally husband) flea baths, I never thought to use it on wasps though!

Something about it makes bubbles in the air channels that wasps use to breathe. They suffocate mid-flight.
