Jesus is speaking... before He is about to be crucified as the perfect Lamb of God, shedding His blood for the remission of sins, bringing an end to temple sacrifices, and the need to work for one's righteousness. Some commentators mention that night may refer to death.

I think working at night should not happen except for emergency services, security or military
