Have you ever noticed how great your body feels after a "good belly laugh"? 😂

The healing effects of laughter are numerous.

It has been proven by psychoneuroimmunologists that negative emotions, such as anxiety, depression and anger,
weaken the immune system of the body, thereby reducing it's capacity to fight infection.

Laughter helps to control blood pressure by reducing the release of stress-related hormones and bringing relaxation.
It has been proven that there is a drop of 10-20mm of blood pressure after participating for 10 minutes in laughter.

Businesses are also finding that adding laughter to their day, helps to alleviate job dissatisfaction, stress and absent ism.
People who laugh together, work better together.

It has been said..."Seven days with laughter makes one weak." 🤗

Did you hear the one about....? 🤣

I've never heard about 7 days WITH laughter making one weak.............

but I have heard that 7 days WITHOUT laughter makes one weak ;)

Proverbs 17:22

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

another translation says it this way:

A happy heart is good medicine,
but low spirits sap one’s strength.
