Scientists believe that eating purple fruit may help "ward off" age-related diseases
such as Alzheimer's, heart ❤️ problems, and cancer.
The chances of getting multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease may also be reduced
by eating blueberries, blackberries or plums.
Researchers say one or two of the recommended five daily portions of fruits
and vegetables🍆 should be purple fruit. 🍇

I would add one thing to fruit. It is most effective when it is fresh. As in, just picked.

Do you know that carrots were originally purple?

Great list. Most of the health benefits are lost if they are cooked. I don't see beets, purple tomatoes, or purple beans on the list.
