Can anyone refer to a site which lists all the past/ongoing election fraud cases (for this general election) and the corresponding court decisions ? The news is saying that Trump lost all his 60 cases, but I know many were tossed for different reasons so it would be nice to know more detailed information.
This is a difficult question bc there are so many people involved in going to court, not just Trump. Trumps lawyers said at the legislature hearings he had 4 or 5 lawsuits at that time. These were in civil courts. He never had 60. These were mostly voting irregularities, not fraud cases. Civil courts are not equipped to deal with massive fraud and they take longer. That's criminal court.
Some people like Sidney powell are going through criminal courts. They take longer but she has a case in every state, particularly Georgia. She is going after individuals and companies like Dominion voting system. They are huge documents. defendingtherepublic.org
There are individuals suing as well in civil courts. They won in Michigan and were able to do forensic audit on Dominion. Sidney powell was also involved and added that to her lawsuit.
There was foreign influence which again goes through the president. I'm not sure what court that goes to. Military maybe? I'm not a lawyer.
Texas and many other states tried suing the swing states for changing their voting laws but the Supreme Court rejected. Most of the cases have been dropped and were never even looked over. If a court doesn't take a case, its not because there's not"enough evidence." They can just decline it.
