Dad might have cancer

My dad has symptoms of advanced prostrate cancer. He as to go for tests next month.

He isn’t saved. I would be great full of you could say a short prayer and ask that the Lord would be merciful to him and open his blind eyes and soften his heart to the gospel. His name is Alan.

Lord, I ask that you would open Alan’s eyes, turn him from the darkness to the light, from the power of satan to your power. That Alan would receive forgiveness of sins and a place amongst those who are sanctified by faith in your Son Jesus Christ.
And I would ask that you would comfort and help @Tararose in this hard time that she would cling to you as the testing progresses and help other family members that will be concerned and praying for Alan. In the name of Jesus, Amen

Lord we pray for Tararose's dad, please heal him of advanced prostate cancer, and let his medical treatment and test go well with him, Lord please heal and bless with a good health. Lord we also pray let your Gospel reach Alan, and let he be opened to Gospel. please bless Alan with your healing and salvation. Lord bless this prayer and you be glorified in Alan's life. He may not be our father but he is "your" dear father and means a lot to you and we all know God loves him dearly...and we all want the best outcome for this precious man in jesus name.

Thank you, he actually had tests yesterday and got some good results, but there is a further scan needs to be done, they are hopefully going to do it soon so we will know one way or the other But it is looking good, and I thank you and everyone for prayers. His salvation is the most important thing, but of course I want him to be well!

Hi thanks for the update..I messaged you at the right time then considering the fact that he had those test yesterday and it's really encouraging new that there were some good results..👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻..may God let the results of these further scans also show positive signs too.
Yes you are totally right that his salvation IS the MOST important thing of all ( even though if course we all want him to be well without a doubth) and may God use this situation to prove to ur father that his is real and to reveal christ to him as his one and only saviour.
God often uses our darkest times to grant us salvation..that's how I got saved and I know of others who have too.May your precious fathers experience be the same in jesus name..🙏🏻🙏🏻😊

Latest update, just in case anyone is still praying, (I appreciate it has been a while and am sure people have plenty to pray for that is more recent etc. )is that my dad just found out he cannot have the final scan/test he has been waiting for, (I do not know why but assume its due to another health condition) and so has had to be referred for a different method, which means he will be transferred over onto a different waiting list. This might delay things, but I trust the lord is in control. We have no idea when it will be, but I guess all the delays have been due to Covid etc.
