Hi. I have been active in a couple of Bible forums in the past, but not much for years. I was quite active. When I checked one out recently I discovered that users were not very considerate or as respectful as they should be. I realize that many feel strongly about certain doctrines, but we should try to respect others positions. Also their server was vvveeerrryyy slow.

Personally, must FYI, I’m an old guy, who loves the Lord and has spent tons of time studying, reading and memorizing scripture - love it!

p.s. - I used to quote the verses and passages that you see below in my signature line regularly (when I was dealing with problems as a mod on a different forum a few years back), so I decided to post them here as a gentle reminder (for myself, and for anyone else who wanted to be reminded, of how a Christian is supposed to act). Sadly, online Christendom can get pretty ugly at times, even though it never should (as you pointed out earlier).

No. Over theological issues - salvation by faith-alone or faith plus works, etc..
