I don't know where to begin since it's not my first time here. Life has a way of beating me up and I have a way of dig myself deeper and deeper into trouble. BUT GOD! All I can say is that God has shown his love and mercy to me in ways that are indescribable. He knows me and continues to stick by my side no matter how many times I fail. I say that as intro so that you know my life is less than perfect and I am someone who loves God. I hope I can figure out this site since it's been a while since I've been here. Today is my birthday everyone :) I'm older and hope wiser. I wont fall for the same things again.

Welcome back! And praise God for His love, grace, mercy and faithfulness to those who believe in His Son!

Those things that you are describing are what we are to overcome. Thank God that He works with us to accomplish it. This is apart of our sanctification which is the process of being made holy. It is comforting to know that His promise is that, when we sin, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgives our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
