Thankyou Pilgrimshope. That should have been Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14, NIV)

OP Question: What is God's will for all men?

John 6:40 Jesus said; this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which "seeth the Son, and believeth on him" may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

(NOTE: The will of the God the Father is: Place your Faith in the redemptive sin atoning sacrifice. Found in the death (sins required wage paid), burial (proof Christ died) & resurrection (God's receipt, payment received & accepted). Christ will take care of the rest.)

What is God's will for all men?

Acts
17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

Who does God now command to repent?

Who is this addressed to?

What should we do with any man made 'doctrine' that says this is not possible for all men or that this does not pertain to all men?
Since it is Christmas season the best responce I have is peace on earth and good will towards men I absolutely go crazy for the Christmas spirit

Rip up all and any man made confession, creed, or other doctrinal statement!
God is love. God wants all people to come to a saving knowledge of the truth.

God shows no partiality.

Ezekiel 18:31-32
31 Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed, and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! Why will you die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord God; so turn, and live.”

Deuteronomy 10:17
For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes.
