Hi everyone not off to a good start. I tried downloading the app for the chatroom & it doesn't work. Found a thread in the forums & it looks like this problem has been going on for awhile.

Yeah, apparently the new format for downloading and installing the app for the chat room has a few bugs in it. I just replied to another new member who is having the same issue. You may be able to get assistance in the User Tech forum. Glad to have you onboard with us. Welcome to CC.
SEASON'S GREETINGS and welcome to CC! My daughter-in-law is in the Philippines waiting for the VISA office to contact her. FYI the Chat Room is a very busy place with many voices vying for the mic.
