Remember that in any situation we do not serve a God who hovers over us waiting to see if we will pass the test, we have a God who dwells within by the power of His Spirit to Empower His children and lead and lovingly guide them through every difficulty They face as they lean fully on Him to help them. Jesus urges us to come to Him for help and is always available.
He is there in the boat with you, though it seems he sleeps at times whilst you battle through the storm, it is because He Is showing you He is fully aware Father God is in control, and there is nothing to fear if we fully trust in His unfailing love. 🥰
Hebrews 4
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
