What clubs or groups or associations are you a member of? Or of you dont want to say, how many have you joined and are still a part of.
How often do you meet?
Have you ever been president or secretary or on the committee of etc of any of these clubs? Any that you started yourself?

what are the good things about them, and also what are the challenges?

It's a secret club. I'm not allowed to say what club it is or how to find it. In fact, forget I mentioned it. I'm not a part of any club.

I joined this 'big deal club' at the bookshop, but its not even a real book club, Its if you spend $100 you can get $5 off your next purchase.

I am told I need to ask any customer if they are a member so I can reward them with points.

I thought maybe people that joined would get special priveliges but theres no secret booklined door that leads to a lounge with comfy chesterfield armchairs where members can read their books in private that I know of.

I am a dedicated Member of the group of people who identify themselves as believers in and followers of Jesus the Christ. We call ourselves Christians. I have been for many, many years. I have served in a few different ways in my Home Church, mostly in the "Helps" category of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Try the Diners Club. They are fond of club sandwiches. :giggle:
I don't mind that. Jesus is cool. I suspect if you checked all the various words that compare with "club," being "a particular people," "chosen" "set apart" would fit nicely with them; so my comment certainly fits with the question asked for this Thread. :)

The best way to tell is how they live their lives. Also, they proclaim their faith in God/Jesus. I suppose their badge is their heart. :)

I personally think you have had to experience your heart being broken to be a christian. Thats our badge of honor, a circumcised heart.

One of my garden club ladies is in another club, its a social club for over 55s. Each month they meet and organise something social to do together every saturday night or a weekend activity or outng and its $20 a year, at the end of year they all get together and have dinner, and they get group discounts on things etc.

Im too young to join though! why cant they have that for under 55s and where people can just hang out and no pressure to date anyone just have fun. And you dont have to be into a specific thing like cars, or gardens or books or babysitting....
