This (Hexagram) is a high symbol used in world occultism, and is part of Israel's worship of foreign gods.

Acts 17:43KJV
43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

1 Thessalonians 5:22KJV
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Wikipedia: The hexagram, like the pentagram, was and is used in practices of the occult and ceremonial magic and is attributed to the 7 "old" planets outlined in astrology.
The six-pointed star is commonly used both as a talisman[10] and for conjuring spirits and spiritual forces in diverse forms of occult magic. In the book The History and Practice of Magic, Vol. 2, the six-pointed star is called the talisman of Saturn and it is also referred to as the Seal of Solomon.[11] Details are given in this book on how to make these symbols and the materials to use.

Double hexagram.

According to what I gleaned from various encclopedias, way back befor the Internet, King David saw this Babylonian symbol, liked it, and used it on his shield. It has since been adopted on the preasent-day Israelit flag.

Cover names for the star to a false god (Remphan) and the occultic star (Hexagram)

Solomon in all his wisdom, fell to the lust of his flesh, and false gods, polluted by the surrounding nations.

I do not really care about the Star of David, or the Jews using it for whatever reason they do. Apparently, God did not either, or He would have forbid them from using it, and punished them for continuing to use it against His instructions. I am not aware of any Scripture where God instructed the Jews to stop using/displaying the Star of David.

As for it's origin: there are precious few things of this world that the pagans did not take into their false religion and try to make it their own. Problem is, the Christians had a way of taking what the pagans made repulsive and turned it into a way to praise, worship and share God with the world.

Is that like seeing Mary in a water stain on the sidewalk?

Amos was writing of the day of the Lord when he wrote that Israel would go into captivity because they chose a king who symbol would be a star.
Here we are 2000 years after Israel rejected the king of Israel, and they have chosen thier own goverment who's symbol is a star. I don't expect it will be long before they are banished. At least all those who do not except the rightful king of Israel soon to come.

You suggest that Jesus Christ is going to be a walk on (King) in Israel, the scripture below warns believers against a walk on christ, Jesus Christ wont be found any place upon this earth.

However the Antichrist/Beast/Man of Sin will, proclaiming to be Messiah to the Jews, and Jesus Christ returned to the apostate church.

Believe It Not, Go Not Forth!

Matthew 24:24-27KJV

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

There's Jews, and then there's Zionists, which aren't always one and the same.

Jews have traditionally used the menorah or 7 candle stick as their symbol.

no look up passionfruit flower symbolism. Its a unique looking flower.
I already did, the passion flower symbolism is of Roman Catholic origin, thats why I stated, was it a water stain of Mary on the sidewalk, it's amazing how far Catholicism will go in false observance and symbolism.

California Water Stained Sidewalk

Candles and flower petals surround the sidewalk stain, laid there by parishioners who see the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Zionism and Judaism are inseparable, as they both support the development and protection of Isreal

Google Dictionary: Zionism

noun
  1. a movement for (originally) the re-establishment and (now) the development and protection of a Jewish nation in what is now Israel. It was established as a political organization in 1897 under Theodor Herzl, and was later led by Chaim Weizmann.

apprarently some orthodox jews are opposed to zionism as they believe the political state has no mandate.

I dont know about water stains, thats has got nothing to do with passionflowers. Have you actually seen a passionflower. Its the flower itself, not anything arranged like a person.

The crown of thorns, the cross, the wounds all represented by parts of the flower, to remind people of jesus crucifixtion. Its not seeing an image of Jesus in a flower, but the symbols of his passion.

if you really want to see the image of Jesus theres the shroud of turin for that.

In the Hebrew language the Star of David is known as “Magen David” or “The Shield of David”. Jewish kabalah believes it was the shield David carried with him when he fought Goliath. This is unfortunately not true from a Biblical perspective. It is possible that David could have carried such a shield into battle in later years but no factual foundation is found for this and therefor it is only speculation.

King David is recognized in scripture as a Messianic figure however displaying many typologies relating to the coming Messiah Yeshua. The book of Numbers shows us the connection between how this symbol got the name of “Magden David” or “The shield of David”.

In Numbers chapter 22 to 24 we find the story of Balaam and Balak, the king of Moab. King Balak wanted to weaken the children of Israel, who were on the way to the promised land, Canaan, and have moved in on Balak’s territory. Balaam was supposed to curse Israel but instead he blessed Israel three times infuriating the king of Moab, who told the prophet to go home with no reward. Before he left, Balaam reminded the king that he had said from the beginning he could only say what YHVH had told him to say. Then he gave the king four more prophecies. In the fourth prophecy, Balaam foretold of the Messiah - Num24:17 there shall come a star out of Jacob... These words spoken by the prophet Balaam when he saw that YHVH protected and blessed His children This was furthermore a prophecy of the coming Messiah, Yehsua.

The Hebrew word used in this passage translated as “star” is the word “Kochav”. Kochav means the star of Messiah. The Hebrew picture of this word translated as star is also a personification of YHVH’s omniscience. The birth of Yeshua was announced by a star as foretold by the prophesies.

The star of David was believed to be a shield over the house of David, announced by the Star that was to rise from the house of Jacob and therefor the star became a symbol of the shield over the line of David. The Star of David was a symbol identified with the coming Messiah. It is no coincidence that Yeshua is called the “bright morning star” in Rev 22:16. Yeshua is called the “Day Star” in 2 Pet 1:19.

Nudge, nudge, wink, wink so it is in the Bible....

Your correct the six Pointed star is in the bible, right there in Acts 17:43 below.

Its mentioned in the Kabbalah?

You mean the Jewish book of the occult.
