Born again by Jesus first.

After this we can inherit more rewards by faithfulness to Jesus.

If we aren't faithful.. we get discipline and rebuke, but not loss of unconditional love from Jesus.

He stays with us.
If we unfaithful, He rebuke us but He still love us.
Is that mean we still go to heaven?

And also Paul say in V 8 about Cheating and wrong doing happen among
people in the church of corinthians, they cheat each other.
So in V 9-11 Paul remind people in the church of corinthians, what they did make them not inherit the k of G

As I said, Paul is rebuking the Corinthian Church for taking other brothers to court to be tried by unbelievers WHO ARE...
fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, effeminate, abusers of themselves with mankind,
thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners etc.
Instead, we as born again believers will judge the world (v.2) and angels (v.3) and so ought to be able to judge the small matters. (v.2).

Boy, if that's the case, whose not going to hell? There are many sins I have committed that I have forgotten about over the past 40 years. I have no hope according to this theology.
That's not true. You have hope in Jesus. If you accept Jesus as your savior and repent of your sins, God forgives your sins and remembers them no more. You no longer risk going to Hell.
You're at the right sight. This is a Christian community. Many people here can help you find your way to God's grace.

That's not true. You have hope in Jesus. If you accept Jesus as your savior and repent of your sins, God forgives your sins and remembers them no more. You no longer risk going to Hell.

Repentance for salvation is a one time deal.

The verses I think are about rewards rather than being sent to hell.

Compare these verses with John 3:16, 5:24, 3:36

If you in Christ have died to sin.. were buried with Him.. rose with Him.. you are dead to sin. He can not die over and over. He set you free from this. "some of you USED to do these things. But you have cleansed yourselves, you have been set apart for God, you have come to be counted righteous through the power of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah and the Spirit of our God. "

You can choose to walk in something that you are not or walk live in what you truly are.

One sin is enough to send you to hell. Think about it.
If you are living your Christian life according to Law rather than His Life and Grace, you will fail everytime.

Repentance for salvation is a one time deal.
That's excellent. :) I see you've availed yourself of our resources concerning the Gospel.
There are verses though that you want to keep in mind about repentance beyond that. We are never again doomed in our sins once we've accepted Christ as our savior. However, we do still do wrong from time to time.

This does not mean we lose our salvation if we do something wrong. We can never again be a lost sinner once we accept Christ as our savior. "Each person who turns to God in genuine repentance and faith will be saved."
What repentance after salvation means is we feel remorse when we do something wrong because we are now aware of God's righteousness. And what it means to be aware now of our sins, our wrong doing, and feel remorse or contrition for that.
Luke 5:31-32 Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

We repent of our sins when we commit them not in order to retain our salvation but in order to feel cleansed in our own conscience for what we know we've done wrong in the sight of God. This exercise, as some call it, helps to lead us further on the path of being sanctified in Christ.
Being a Christian is a process, Christian implies Christ-like. As we journey in this life with God's holy spirit within us, we learn to trust that innate wisdom to lead us through all things. And as such we learn to walk in the light of Christ and to not be so easily led by the world we were once part of.

This is that verse but in the whole chapter it was found in.
This gives you the proper context to understand what is being said about any sexual immoral act. There are references or what are called Footnotes at that link to help you also.
What is being said in the bold part below may clear things up for you. The unrighteous, the unrepentant, will not inherit the kingdom of God. Those are people who have not accepted Christ as their savior. Anyone who has not repented and accepted Christ is doomed to outer darkness or Hell. Many believe in a different thing as relates to the unrepentant sinners destiny after they die.
The bold part below clears up the teaching about sexual immorality.

1 Corinthians 6:1 When any of you has a legal dispute with another, does he dare go to court before the unrighteous rather than before the saints? 2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? So you believe adulterer go to hell only If they aren't believer. But believer have special prvilege to be adulterer, murder etc but not go to hell, am I correct?

Salvation is not gained by staying away from adultery, but adulterers will not be saved. I know many "Christians" in my country who cheat on theis spouses once in a while. They say you'll be counted as an adulterer only if you commit the sin frequently.

God makes me feel that adultery is a terrible sin and he has always given me strength to resist such temptations. Glory to him, because I am very imperfect.

At first it would be thought to say if we fall away from God by committing any sin, or turning from our faith, then we lose our salvation. If that were what Paul was saying then we know Jesus teachings inform us Paul is wrong.

But that is not the case. That's why I believe cutting parts of a chapter in the Bible out and sharing it with no context visible as pertains to the chapter wherein it was contained leads to confusion. And misunderstanding as well when we're hoping to understand God's words to us.

What Paul is saying is that if someone falls away they do not lose their salvation. Thinking we would do so would be like crucifying Christ all over again and that is impossible. Because Jesus was crucified once, taking the sins of the world upon himself on the cross. And that means if we fall away we are still saved. Otherwise, since Jesus died on the cross to take away our sins, if we sin by falling away and believe we have lost our salvation, what we're saying is to return to the faith would be like crucifying Christ all over again so as to have him take away our sins again.
That passage is recollecting the old covenant practice of doing works, deeds, like sacrificing animals for their blood to pay for our sins. We no longer do that.

We are eternally saved. If we sin we do not lose our salvation.

Philippians 1:6 For I am sure of this very thing,[h] that the one[i] who began a good work in[j] you will perfect it[k] until the day of Christ Jesus.

No, you're not correct. Christians aren't perfect. We do make mistakes. But we are not the sinners we were before our salvation.
That passage is referring to those who are like some you may know. They say they're a Christian but they act as they did before they found Christ. They party, do drugs, commit adultery, and so forth. Willful sinning.
Like for instance, they think because they say they believe in Jesus they're not guaranteed Heaven and can go on willfully doing wrong thinking they're still going to go to Heaven.
