mask mandates are unconstitutional, can't be enforced. a lot of people are going to be very rich after it gets to the fed courts.
and quite frank, anyone pushing this mask garbage needs to be charged with inciting panic (same as yelling fire in a movie theater) all the fear and panic they are putting people in over a virus with a 99.97% survival rate.
If you believe this whole "masks save" garbage you 1. are a low information type and 2. part of the problem.

then in March they flip flopped and began screaming we need to close everything! screw the economy close it all down or everyone will die!
unlike the brain dead people, I remember the last virus that was "dangerous" and was "going to kill everyone" nothing got locked down, no unconstitutional mask garbage no 24/7 fear mongering on fake death and infection counts. that virus was the pig flu aka swine flu 2009 (3,433 died in that one). why did no fear mongering take place? oh yeah a leftist was president at the time. and history will show once the fake wuflu numbers are corrected it will be about the same as the pig flu.

She was social distanced outside!! No one was near her but her own family. She has a medical issue and told them so. She wasn't trespassing. Nope, not the case unless Ohio has rules other states don't. Have a family member that has a medical issue, called the Gov. office and they said if asked about it to simply say you have a medical issue and are under the disability act. So unless Ohio has a different law on the books, she doesn't have to wear a mask, and they cannot ask her what the medical issue is. That is private.

Yeah I've mentioned misuse of the x before. Most people use it because they dislike the person instead of just blocking someone they don't get along with. I've been x-ed by people that were banned from the site because I called them out on their doctrine or some false comment. I don't do it simply because the person isn't my cup of tea. But I will give one back if someone is just doing it to be nasty.

very immature. I have stopped using the x's for the most part, not because I am the best example of maturity, but because of what you state...dislike making things personal. I have no illusions that people here do not form deep dislike for certain others and I don't care to sink in that bog

As I said, unless Ohio is different from my state, all you need to say is you have a medical reason. That reason is no ones business.
Yeah I deleted several x's that I gave people. But it shouldn't be allowed to be misused. That person is being un-Christlike giving you so many x's. Some people chase you all over the forum just to zap you. smh So immature.

Ohio's mask mandate states masks are compulsory indoors. Or, outside when social distancing is not possible.
If you watch the video I posted, the victim of this resource officer's assault is with her family. Her mother and two children. None are wearing masks you'll note. This RO targeted the mother for no good reason.

DeWine provided exceptions to the order: those younger than 10, anyone with a medical condition or disability or communicating with someone with a disability, those who are exercising or playing sports, officiating a religious service, actively involved in public safety and those who are actively eating or drinking are not required to wear a mask.
She was perfectly legal at this game. This RO is the one that needs to be arrested.
