Figured I would take this chance to educate people on Mochi Ice Cream, cause I bought some Mochi from my grocery store. Mochi Ice Cream, is a Asian sweet, that is basically “Hold-able ice cream”, it’s a dough, a sweet rice dough (The Mochi part) that is usually filled with ice cream and has a bit of powder on it, for extra sweetness, it’s a really unique and yummy sweet...the reason I’m even into this stuff is because of anime, so thanks anime, LOL XD

Just ate a homemade 'brownie' 5 minutes ago. It was palatable but not excellent. Substitutions were made and ingredients adjusted. OK, it was horrible. I'm now trending towards Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker. I had no part in the making of the brownie. My tip for homemade brownies is to add marshmallow to the batter. Comes out chewy.
