I told my husband when all this first began (Joe's blunders) it appears the Dems HATE President Trump SO MUCH they threw "Joe" into this race as a sacrificial lamb because they needed a democrat to run against President Trump and see him as a sure win. I shutter to think about the debates (if there are any)

It really is tragic to see how mentally debilitated he is at this point. He can't even read the off camera cue cards.
And he's worked his entire career with the aspiration of being POTUS. I don't think he's going to step aside as quickly as the handlers behind the scenes think or want, if, GOD FORBID, he wins November 3rd.

Another thing to consider is, as mentally unfit as he is, and I was driving today and saw "BIDEN 2020" signs in three different yards, maybe he's on the ticket to insure Trump wins in November. Because people seeing how bad Biden is at this stage know no one who cares about this country would ever actually vote for him to be the most powerful man on earth.
And his VP isn't fit to be in Congress, so she's certainly not fit to take his place should he win. Please God, seriously, forbid it! Forbid Joe Biden winning in November. Pleeeeease?

There has to be a rule out there somewhere that prohibits someone clearly mentally unfit from running for POTUS.

OK, besides the 25th amendment, I've not found a rule as yet that says someone deemed mentally incapacitated is ineligible to run for POTUS.

Two scenarios arise from Biden legal incapacity that Democrats can parlay into advantage. Picking a talented and popular vice president is essential. If Biden wins the presidency and is seated, but then found incapacitated, per the 25th Amendment, his VP would become president. This allows the Party many attractive options, if they “accidentally” ran a mentally incompetent nominee. For example, Michelle Obama is touted an unbeatable candidate, one inevitably reelected, given her cache’.
A second scenario: If Biden won the nomination, but was ruled incapacitated before the election, he must be replaced. This option is trickier, as Bernie’s strong supporters would demand him. Since we know Democrats already oppose Bernie, then would legendary Democratic “dirty tricks” finesse another candidate into position? But, if Bernie were supplanted, this would start a Democrat civil war!
And if a presidential nominee died, or was incapacitated before the general election? According to the website USConstitution.net, “If a presidential candidate dies after the party convention and before the election, particularly before ballots are printed, the party can select a new person to represent the party on the ticket. The choice will depend on the party’s own rules.”

Or, what if a candidate is elected president, then ruled incapacitated after winning, but before being seated? The Washington Examiner writes, “If that candidate dies or becomes incapacitated between the general election and the meeting of electors individual states may pass laws on the subject, but no federal law proscribes how electors must vote in that situation.”

The insane asylum surely has a few more younger candidates to choose from.

Not insane. Sadly, Joe Biden appears to be suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, which is a kind of dementia that sadly is fatal. Alzheimer's is an neurodegenerative disease. In short, the autonomic nervous system of the body atrophy , or, degenerate.
It is a horrific way to die. I would never vote for Joe Biden but I do pray for him. I also pray someone will care enough to get him off the campaign trail asap. Because the stress of a campaign worsens the symptoms.

Also, with regard to the Plagiarism in Joe Biden's DNC Convention speech, while that trait of stealing other peoples intellectual property has been common in his political history, given his mental infirmity, something I didn't consider at the time of posting about it is, perhaps he's so far gone that it wasn't he who sought out and "borrowed" from someone else's speech. And because he's not mentally fit to concentrate at that level in order to find it. Perhaps whomever wrote his speech, not discounting even his wife, is responsible.

Either way, what we're seeing in Joe Biden is the deterioration of a man who has made a career, granted one with a history of corruption, in politics slowly lose his mind and to a disease that will most certainly take his life. He's always wanted to be President.
I believe this is his third effort to win the seat and the first time he's achieved the nomination. Maybe those in charge of him are letting it go this far so that he'll have this as part of his legacy, his epitaph. Though the stress is doing his health absolutely no good. Just the opposite in fact.

That's terribly sad.

I would say there shall not be a presidential candidate debate. Joe Biden even with a prompting from an installed ear bud so as to be fed the answers to questions his team would most certainly be made aware of prior, could never keep up with their giving him the answers that way.

The debate I look forward to next month is the one taking place in Salt Lake City Utah between Pence and Harris. Pence will take the high road and I believe, due to her past demonstration when debating as a presidential candidate hopeful, Harris will take the low road when she becomes flustered because she's outmatched by Pence and his political acumen.
Viewers will hopefully keep in mind that what they see in Harris during that debate is the personality that holds itself out as qualified to represent over 300 million Americans as our President. (shudders)

As for prophetic speakers, there's one I know of that says Trump will be re-elected because it is God's will.
I can see that being the case given how Satanic and unapologetic about that the Democrats in D.C. are now days. Using the inverted pentagram as their DNC logo? That's about as out there a message to the dark left as one can hope to get. As in, Hi! We're with you Satan!
