There I was on laundry day. The washer broke and I had to figure out how I was going to get this much needed basket of laundry done. When I looked and saw a large wooden tub full of soapy hot water. Then all of the sudden, actor Gerard Butler dressed as King Leonidas suddenly appeared beside me and said, looks like you need a washboard to start on those clothes. Would you like to use these? Pointing to his deeply chiseled ab's.

Then the alarm clock went off and I awoke and realized my dirty clothes were still in the hamper in the corner.

I hate alarm clocks.

OOH got a bit of a man cursh eh?

Yes, unless it is seasoned right tofu tastes like paste with a jello consistency.

If you like Chinese food restaurants usually have a vegetable dish that includes fried bean curd, which is another way to say, Tofu.
Talk about delicious!
I love chinsese food the rest of my family hates it, sigh... always the black sheep of the family.
I had this stir fry from a chinese buffet once and it was actually so good I got three big plates of it with a bucket of soy sauce and then afterwards being so full I was in pain had to ride back on my bike to my house but soooo worth it

Maybe Chinese food is an acquired taste. I was reticent about it when I was a kid. Then when I was a teenager friends and I went to a Chinese restaurant that had just opened the week before. I ordered the Moo Shu vegetables that included an amazingly delicious plum sauce, and that came with what they called pancakes but are actually more like flour tortillas. I had to make myself stop eating so as not to be overfull and have my stomach feel bad afterward. That, just one more little bite, for the tenth time, type thing. It was so delicious. Hooked ever since.
Vegetable Lo Mein is another fave.
I also like that most dishes in any restaurant are so expansive as to have many more meals for take home so as to enjoy for days after.

Well, my serious dreams are hard to explain. Not because they are complicated, but because I don't know just how to make others understand them with out going into big long back stories........
but I have had dreams in my lifetime that made no sense at the time, and as far as I knew were forgotten until sometime down the road when things happened and instantly they came to mind like they were just dreamed last night........

I have also had times where life is so crazy and hectic and leaves to many questions, but while visiting slumberland the answers come and I awake with peace. :)

Been there, hectic crazy dreams. I've had nights when I wake up from one of those and am so grateful to realize it was just a dream.

And what you said here, I have had dreams in my lifetime that made no sense at the time, and as far as I knew were forgotten until sometime down the road when things happened and instantly they came to mind like they were just dreamed last night........
I know exactly what you mean. I've had that happen any number of times. And as it happens or maybe a little later I realize I had dreamed that same thing already. Sometimes, if I'm on top of it and realize I had the dream while the real life thing is going on, I can do something different than what I did in the dream. Especially when the dream scene was bad news. Then, the real life thing turns out better than what I remembered. Love when that happens. Which isn't often. :(

Dreams that happen when your sleeping
I think the other type of dream is more important to share with one another.

Most dreams we have at night is our mind working through our day and don't mean anything.

However I have had a few dreams that meant more but I wouldn't share them with anyone unless I knew them or God told me to.

The wisdom to discern if the dream was from God and who to share it with or not is a good thing, there are dreams I have had I haven't shared with anyone and others I have mainly if I have a dream it almost always has to do with the end times it's kind of been that way ever since I was saved luckily I have a friend on here who is very good at interpreting dreams from God in fact quite honestly she has shocked me with how in depth she is able to understand them.

oh wow some of those dreams seem a bit scary. God doesnt give me any dreams like that. But then I havent really asked Him.

I'll ask Him to give me one about the future in my part of the world tonight and if I do dream something I will share it on here in the morning.

huh, well the dream I dreamed last night I dont recall much I know it was in a library, and it had been newly renovated, and there was large tall banners on the walls behind perspex and it was very busy and buzzing, like a university library but it seemed all the patrons were writers or maybe more like journalists, and they were also taking selfies which was a bit strange. It had tables and brick pillars too.

I dont know what this dream signifies, other than that I do work in libraries.

I found out its common for librarians to dream about their work. It can be a stressful job!

Maybe God wanted me to share that with you all.

facing budget cuts, and lumped in the same category as public toilets, we seem low on the category of importance to people that can afford their own private libraries or think 'everything is online, do people even read books anymore?!'

But we're fighting and advocating for literacy here. The future of your children. The next generation. Their hopes wishes and dreams. The knowledge and wisdom of the ancients, accesible for all. Your personal testimonies. History. Prophecy. Mystery.

Im pretty sure Heaven has a vast library and the most imprtant book of all is there, and we are all written in it - the Lambs book of life.

Yes, God reaches us in our dreams as well, His seem to be very clear, very lucid, i have asked Him to bring them to my remembrance the next day that I may take the dream to Him for His explanation. Some are from our own mind, some may be from the enemy.
