Maybe this thread is dead, but I think it's such a wonderful idea.

I absolutely loved reading through everyone's posts. What great things to think about.

I so love a road trip.
The smell and feeling of awe you get at the ocean. (unpopulated beach, yes!)

bird feeder birds
hammocks
Sleeping with the windows open
a lazy Saturday morning
Making it through 5 green lights in a row
organization
colored pens
Wednesdays

Are you a cold brew girl? Wow, dark chocolate with pomegranate, I think I have found those before in the store... chocolate covered. And I was so wanting oatmeal raisin cookies tonight, like home made, but am too pooped to even make cookies. What's your favorite?

It is nice to focus on the positive and to be thankful. So much craziness going on in this world... good to take a deep breath and smell the roses. I read earlier you had covid and glad to hear you recovered. I know it’s real, but I sometimes wonder if it’s blown out of proportion... then I read your story and it grounds me.

Dogs that are large enough to rough and tumble
Coffee, dark chocolate, and hot apple crumble
Drums and guitars and a nice voice that sings
These are a few of my favourite things

Woodworking, hiking and mornings in summer
Thunderstorms, hoarfrost, and sweet restful slumber
Books that prompt thinking and movies that don't
I could say more but I think that I won't...
Inquisitive rats with their noses a-twitchin',
Men in dark suits but who won't go a-snitchin',
Brave noble knights and God-fearing kings,
These are some more of my favorite things.

I’m anything BUT straight black coffee girl lol. I gotta have some flavor and some sweetness to be able and drink it. But here lately I find myself drinking other types of energy drinks and they help more than 2 cups of coffee. With 2 littles, I gotta find a way to keep up with them you know?

As for cookies, my favorite kind is red velvet, but I’ll take chocolate chip and sugar and snickerdoodles too ^_^

Oh my goodness. If you like red velvet cookies and have littles, there is a super easy recipe that my youngest used to make in preschool. You get any box of cake mix (red velvet :) ) mix two eggs and a 1/2 c of oil into it and then drop the dough in spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. They can help you stir as early as 3ish and if anything spills, it's not super stressful or expensive.

I'm so with you on the coffee with creamer. With cold brew, it's a way you can brew coffee. You don't need a coffeemaker.
  1. Grind coffee beans.
  2. Combine the grounds and water in a jar.
  3. Steep overnight in the fridge.
  4. Strain
You can put all the creamer you want in it!! :)
