God is able to do whatever we need, the bible also teaches us faith without works is dead. Many people missed out because they didn't add works to their faith. The bible also teaches us that faith works by love, look it up.

after 'conversion', ALL of our Works should be done in/with Faith, else they are 'dead'...

We cannot base Christianity on only one scripture that is why the bible says study to show yourself approved. Our life is in the hands of God.
