That’s why it’s good to ask Jesus each day to be more like him....and less of ourselves.....that we bear fruit to Glorify His Name!!

I cannot begin to tell you how important bearing good fruit of the Spirit is. But that begins in Love, Compassion, Understanding, Uplifting our Family Members. Disagreeing with misinterpretation sadly does not bear Fruit if it becomes a point to argue. There is such a thin line dividing being in the Spirit and out of the Spirit when it comes to debating. Bearing Fruit in a debate requires a lot of give and take, mostly take. And that is difficult at times to do.

JUST TRYING TO KEEP YOU HEAR!

4 Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 There are different ministries, but the same Lord.
6 And there are different activities, but the same God activates each gift in each person.

I have no problem understand the views of others.....and I weigh them against the simple truth of the bible.....and a spade will always be a spade.....

IF CONTEXT dictates that JESUS is speaking of FALSE teachers and their FRUIT.....I WILL not embellish it and or erroneously apply the word FRUIT to the FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT.....

Context will direct my UNDERSTANDING every time when the word of GOD is addressed!

Fruit bearing in its season. There are several fruits in the bible. Perhaps, bearing much fruit here refers to our conduct since it associated with our love of God and our obedience to him. This comparable with the fruits of righteousness as stated in Romans 6:21-22; Phil. 1: 9-11 to approved things that are excellent...sincere and without offence till the day of Christ, hence doing what's right in accordance to his will. Second, it the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is given to us by the Holy Spirit as we only need to cultivate them and it may also speaks here since the thing mentioned is the joy might be full. Love, joy, peace etc are fruit of the Spirit in the believers life. (Galatians5:22-24) or it may also refer to the converts since our Lord speaks about discipleship as in v.8 bearing much fruit so shall be my disciples. The disciples of the Lord will bear disciple, the thing of multiplying himself through soulwinning. (Romans 1;13).

When I offer a prayer for someone and they give a red x that’s when I shake the dust off my feet as per the very instructions of Jesus Christ.

The word hypocrite comes from two Greek words and means OPINIONATED ONE.......and we for sure see that being peddled here....especially the opinion of a man named Calvin!

I agree with Duskey. Once offered, not accepted, even denied, that is enough for me. God will have to do the rest.

The inherant problem with Calvinism.....Not only is it incorrect, but many truths must be adjusted theologically or flat denied to make it sound correct, but when boiled down...one contradiction after another......we actually had a class in seminary on cults to make us aware of their ways and means if you will. Calvinism was one of the dozen or so we looked at, along with Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses and a few others.....Not mouthing anyone, just stating a fact.
