Does he really love me? That's what I'm told.
But how do I know?
They say you just know.
They say you're loved and you've been forgiven.
Am I? Have I? How can this be so?
They say it's in the bible, yes.
But this feeling inside me tells me different.
This feeling tells me I'm not worthy.
This feeling tells me I'm not good enough.
This feeling tells me I'm not important.
The doubt that fills me is unreal.
I used to be so sure.
What happened? Where is he? He loves me, right?
Well, I need him.
I'm lost, confused, sad and feel so alone.
God, I need you. Where are you?
Do you really love me?
The path I'm on is no good.
I've tried doing things my way.
It doesn't work.
How do I know?
Because God loves me enough to bring me wisdom.
Because he loves me enough to give me hope.
because he loves me enough to give me strength.
Because he loves me enough to guide me.
Because he loves me enough to draw me near.
Because he loves me enough to put the right people in my life.
Because he loves me enough to remind me that nothing is impossible with him.
This is my God. This is the God I love.
Do I have doubts? yes. Always.
But then I read the bible like they say.
Then I see I'm forgiven.
Then I see the love God has for me.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am important.

Loved?
No greater love has any man then this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
Reminded me of this
