He came to His own, and those who were His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God (John 1:11-13).

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
Since they hid their net for me without cause and without cause dug a pit for me, may ruin overtake them by surprise-- may the net they hid entangle them, may they fall into the pit, to their ruin. Then my soul will rejoice in the LORD and delight in his salvation.
Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”
Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

I received the gift of salvation, was declared righteous through faith, baptism in the Holy Spirit, and hope of eternal life in God's Kingdom.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. (Romans 1:16 [LEB])
