It's happened, yes. Not in a while, unfortunately, but it's nice. What is your opinion on that? Kinda unusual?
I mean, I don't have an opinion I guess. But, yeah it's a little unusual. I guess I'm just out of touch.

She laughs demurely while fanning herself with a copy of Roland Bainton's "Here I stand", and continues to peruse Foxe's Book of Martyrs.
I literally just bought Foxe’s Book of Martyrs 10 min ago. What a coinkydink. Just sayin’...

I would actually prefer it if she approached me, rather than sit across the food court smiling at me and looking all coy. Come on girls, you can do it, the worst that can happen is if he says no! And no harm can come of that.

there is nothing wrong with communicating.

I get the feeling people are thinking its 'chasing' if someone asks first.
No its only chasing if someone asks and then asks again and keeps asking. The person keeps saying no not interested or another time but the 'chaser' keeps persisting. Like a dog with a bone.

I think some women might find that flattering but some (me included) just find it annoying. what part of no dont you understand. some will go on a date to stop being pestered, then decide well I didnt enjoy that date so I wont go on another one. And thats ok you gave them a chance.

I dont know how men feel about this, guys, what do you think.

I remember being in a class and one guy really liked this girl and kept trying to ask her out but the girl wasnt interested, and she kept saying no but he wouldnt take no for an answer. the other girls in the class all sat round her to protect her from this guy who would try to sit next to her in class.

come graduation the guy didnt even show up I think he was too humilated cos she wouldnt go out with him.

why do guys think its ok to keep asking when the girl has said no? why do some ask even when they are going out with another girl and she is is even in the same room (this happened to me too!)

my preference is the girl ought to do the asking and then the guy can actually arrange the date. that way, both have some input into the date.

yea just said take me out and he then asks where so I tell him where to take me.
It went alright! I'd rather know where Im going then some random place.
Lol yes🤔I did!! And we ended up getting married and having 5 kids lol🤣💁🏼
I think it's important to add that I only ask guys out if I'm 100% certain they really like me😁...
Great! I am glad it worked out 🤭 I am happy for both of you ☺ brave ladies! 🤗

haha it only works if you tell him a place that he knows how to get to though.
You cant just tell a guy to take you to Paris for example.

Five kids? That is a quiver full. That is awesome. I wanted five kids but my ex said she did not want to ruin her body.

When I was in the 7th grade I was at the local skating rink and I worked up the nerve to ask a very pretty blonde hair blue eyed girl to skate with me. She frowned at me and said "Are you Crazy!?" and sped off on her skates. I just wanted to go home after that. I think I have PTSD. :( So yes it would be a relief to be asked instead of having to build up all that self confidence and counsel yourself not to be dissapointed before you even ask. This is hypothetical of course, since I am not interested in dating and would say no anyway.
