How Can Anyone Deny the Hand of God in Creation?

I think a scientific argument can be made for this. Just as snowflakes are (allegedly) all different, due to chance, random processes, it would not require a Creator to make people all different.
However - it is grossly unscientific to claim that even one human machine, or even one biological machine (e.g. a one-celled organism), can come about by chance, random processes.
The former scenario can be attributed to probability and natural processes. The latter scenario cannot be explained by probability and natural processes, because the information has moved in the wrong direction.

DNA is totally different to snowflakes. Snowflakes are arranged in a pattern that is a characteristic of chance and physical processes. DNA is just the opposite. Chance and physical processes will cause DNA to decompose into its base chemicals, losing information. DNA most certainly requires a Creator, from a scientific standpoint. Snowflakes don't. (Although, in reality, they do, because even the physical, non-living universe would not exist without a Creator).

I saw a youtube video on how the egg becomes a baby in the mother's womb- Fearfully and Wonderfully Made from AiG.
It is so amazingly intricate and has so many processes going on that don't work if you apply randomness to it, or try and 'evolve' it out of something less. The way the egg travels around the womb.. so many thing have to work in sync and rhythm.. and the sperm as well-- it can't even get in the egg to fertilise it without special things on the front of it that allow it pass through.
Anyway- yes, God's coding and design is in everything.
