Perilous times speaks of difficult dangerous times (and deception), which Christians are now living in just before the Rapture of the Church. The world economy is now collapsing due to the noisy pestilence world wide. The scriptures teaches us that there will be more tares than wheat in the Endtimes Church (Matthew 13:33, Revelation 3:14-22). It says that those who call themselves Christians will have a form of Godiness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

My question is? What does it mean to have a form of Godliness (those who call themselves Christians), but denying the power thereof?

We learn from the "Days of Noah" that Noah was the only Righteous Preacher in that day. In the "Days of Lot" if there were 10 Righteous people, the Lord would not have destroyed Sodom (Luke 17:26-30). How is a Born-again Child of God considered Righteous in the mind of God?

I think people deny the power of God when they proclaim free will. God saves, free will does not.

Free will is the decision that I cannot save myself, but salvation only comes through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Free will is repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Free will = the savior for all who believe in it.

God saves people when they use their free will to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
They believe in themselves to operate the machinery.

The answer is in the next verses.

2 Timothy 3:6-7

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

That’s Bible, like it or not

1 Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

God feeds all and heals all up to a point. But believers are the ones he saved.

Not sure what you mean, but the blood of Jesus is powerful to save all men who ever lived, but it’s saving power is only applied to those who believe.

You make believing a work of the flesh needed to activate the atonement. This is denying the power of God thereof.

No, it’s denying fatalism which is not biblical.

Predestination is biblical and not fatalism, only to the misguided.
Agreed, but predestination has nothing to do with salvation, rather predestination has everything to do with those who are already saved. You’ve got to be saved first before God predestinates you. Predestination has to do with the future hope of the believer to one day be conformed to the image of Jesus.

Foreknew = predestinated.
