Like I said previously, "I believe that the Day of Jesus Christ(Phil 1:6) "The Rapture" inaugurates the 70th week."
Before the mystery of the Church or "Christ in us"... There were only two kinds of people on earth... Jews and Gentiles... and God dealt with Israel as a separate people. Since the inauguration of the Church on the day of Pentecost, there have been 3 kinds of folk on the earth... Jew, Gentile, and "The Church of God in Jesus Christ". During this "Church age" the promise of the Kingdom to Israel has been in abeyance, as has God's dealing with Israel as a separate people in the outworkings of His purposes.
When the rapture of the Church takes place, there will once again be only 2 kinds of people on earth... Jew and Gentile... and in the 7 year period(week of Jacob's trouble) yet appointed to them as a nation, God will turn His eye once again to Israel and fulfill all promise and prophecy to them culminating in the return of the Messiah to sit on the throne of David and rule and reign over all the earth.
