It's pretty straightforward. If we believe the Bible to be true why is Exorcism so rare?

You might want to choose your thread titles more carefully. Exorcism has nothing to do with with "Creation vs Evolution", and linking it with mental disorders is irresponsible.

Exorcism is probably rare because of two things: people don't know that they are demonized, and people don't know that in Christ, they are empowered to set people free.

Jesus performed many exorcisms (driving out demons). Catholics perform exorcisms. In Protestant churches, I think that people find that faith alone can drive out the demons (so if the demons are not driven out, it is because of unbelief/lack of faith).

Well it is rare but it also has a very low success rate and there is a reason for that. Now as for why it is rare it's because back when it was used often our understanding of mental health was not as developed and often a mental person was mistaken for a possessed person this was especially true with children.

Now as for those who are actually possessed in my opinion I think the reason the success rate is so low is because they are just doing it wrong. In all the exorcism movies documentories and testimonies I have seen they all use holy water a cross prayer and scripture however instead on relying on the holy spirit himself they chant scripure and prayer as if it's a spell and the strength of their own faith is the deciding factor of life or death not the strength of their faith in God himself they don't rely on his only their own note that they say Lord give me strength but never say to him to be their strength.

All these movies and documentaries make evil seem so powerful and the believer so weak in fact rarely is the possessed ever saved at all and even the believer themselves get possessed but this isn't true at all

I meant to say personality disorder. What I meant was that satan seem to be using evolution in order to dodge creation. I also believe that he is using psychology (Personality disorders) To account for demonic possession so it is never corrected.

Well I suppose he could do that but honestly more often than not I think it really is a medical condition but I may be wrong after all I qouldn't exactly put it past him even if he just wants to prove how much we really think we know when we don't

The information I've heard from practitioners is that some personality disorders may have a demonic element to them. It's demeaning and unhelpful for people with real disorders to be dismissed as demonized, and it's equally unhelpful for people who are demonized to be diagnosed and treated as "only" disordered.

I believe the answer comes in cooperative diagnosis and treatment that integrates sound medical practice with spiritual gifting of discernment and prayer ministry.

I would agree with Dino246. There is no connection between promoting evolution and exorcisms. As to your question, there could be many reasons. A point to note is that the so-called "mental health professionals" want to have nothing to say or do about the spirit world.

That is exactly my point... the mental health professionals have been Indoctrinated into believing demonic activity is a mental health situation and not spiritual. Same as we have all been indoctrinated into believe in evolution and many other lies that pull us away from the only truth, which is The Bible. I suppose either I'm not very good at getting my point across or people enjoy ganging up and invalidating me. I'm trying to get away from that kind of thing. I don't want to be around abusers and I don't certainly dont want to be one myself. I think it would be irresponsible to NOT shed light on these situations( The devil's most effective game plans) if you saw them.
I'd be happy to edit or delete my posts if I could.

OR people disagree with you. You left that option out. Mental illness falsely being called demon possession is nothing new. You're not bringing any new ideas to the table. This topic appears a few times a year.
And evolution being a demonic deception? Not exactly rocket science to figure that one out. Nor a new idea either.
You've taken some old topics and brought them to people who made their decisions on them years and years ago, yet seem to think you're saying anything new. And because they're old and people already decided on them, the people responding all disagree as individuals. And as individuals are voicing their disagreement. That's not ganging up.
Also consider that your claim of mental illness and demon possession puts it as Christian's being capable of also being possessed. Is that something you believe is possible? If so expect more disagreements. If not it counters your own (unoriginal) ideas.

A lot of personality disorders have underlying medical causes and can be seen in brain imaging. That's why antidepressants and other meds are given to rewire the brain. Also where do we draw the line in what is considered demonic possession? I had a schizophrenic neighbor who was hearing things and and so was evicted. Bipolar can be considered demonic possession or dementia which causes the person to be mean or say surprisingly nasty things. These things happen because the brain is sick/not performing as intended and can be seen in brain imaging, just as when a lung is malfunctioning the person cannot breath well. I do think there are demonic possessions, which Catholic priests seems to encounter more often, such as a person supernaturally drooling or flying across a room. The things which seem a bit supernatural are demonic possession.

Depends on what definition we use of demonic possession. Any sinful act can be considered demonic possession.
