28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Did you read this verse?
If we are going by Peter, he doesn't mention animals what soever in his interpretation. Couple that with the fact God said call nothing that he had cleansed Common.

And No mention of the unclean By God whatsoever.

Plus A distinction is being made between what is common and what is unclean by the word "or".

We can with a certainty rest assure that God was not referring to the animals that were made unfit for consumption

Acts 10:14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common OR unclean.
Acts 10:15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

While faith healing is a real thing, so called prosperity gospels aren't. People who use prosperity gospels make promises of a life of monetary wealth and physical health are misleading people.

Attempting to make the gospels contingent on works is the antithesis of what the Gospel of Jesus is about. This does a lot to confuse people and poorly represents Christianity to such an extent that misconceptions are epidemic in society and even the church.

The USA is prime for missionary work. We have a lot of cleanup to do to undo decades of work done by teachers of false doctrines.

So you believe everything you hear?
Matthew 13:58 (KJV) And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
Is it really that big a deal to you that Jesus could only heal those that believe in him?

Actually there are several miracles of healing where the healed person had not even approached Christ in faith, yet was healed. The healing at the pool if Siloam is one good example, and there are some others, such as the man who was blind from birth.

If you could see three groups of people it may make it easier. Those who believe, those who deny, and those who haven't heard or learned of Jesus. Malchus and those who @Nehemiah6 mentioned fit into the last category. I hope you can see the difference. You seem to have a hard time grasping the fact that the last group exists.

What is really needed is:

"Colloidal Zn - No Go alone.. Charge differential and won't pass through Phospholipid Bilayer. However, Liposomal Encapsulated Colloidal Zn - would / should. No ATP Proton Pump used. Cholesterol Lipid will be recognized as Phospholipid Bilayer as cellular replenishment. Bilayer opens accepts Cholesterol and delivers smart bomb - Zn.." - cited in comments - https://www.bitchute.com/video/sjeQSgheKv2v/

"Zn" = Zinc.

Other health related materials:

Jesus also used natural remedies in combination with faith in his word:

Joh 9:6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
Joh 9:7 And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
So did Luke.

I don't, I just disagree with your view that Malchus is one that has not heard or learned of Jesus.

By the time Jesus was about to be crucified, I believed the entire Jewish nation have heard of Jesus, his miracles and what he is claiming to be, that is the Son of God that is prophesied in the OT.

I mean, as I have already stated, your boss sent you to participate in the arrest of Jesus and you want to tell me he "haven't heard or learned of Jesus"? I am saying your view is very unlikely to be correct, but if you insist on that, I can agree to disagree.

Yes, that was my point. Jesus could heal even those who did not approach him in faith.

That is what the sign gift of healing means, those healing took place was a sign to the entire Jewish nation that their Messiah has arrived.

The resurrection of the dead was another example, how much faith can a dead person have that Jesus could resurrect him? ;)

Disclaimer: I believe God heals if it is his sovereign will. I believe God also allows suffering, which works to the end of conforming the believe to the image of Christ, and, in some cases, to punish his disobedient children.
I don't get all the coming against brothers, I can tell via my spirit if a man is of God or not. Why tempt the Lord God with that question above? You do know if you call something of the Devil and its of God that's Blasphemy right? If you don't know, it better to stay silent. To be honest brother, I don't get all the Benny Hinn hate, he's a wonderful man of God. Satan tries to divide us. Why help him out. I understand what goes on, Church people, LOOK TO THE EVIL PRESS/World and get their guidance from liars, and then say, LOOK HERE, I don't look to people of this world for any kind of guidance. If they had a clue, they wouldn't be under Satan's influence, they would be Christians, so there is NOTHING people of this world can tell me about my brothers in Christ. They are backbiters in Satan, of course, they can't see straight, so why do we listen to them? The DECEIVED will lead us into the ditch.

But the whole way you put the question, will they heal.....how do you know this isn't OF God trying to get the world to REPENT just before He returns? Then these men would not be doing God's will because God wants REVIVAL if so that be the case. To me that is like tempting God, asking that kind of question is dangerous brother. As a Preacher of over 30 years, I would ask you to rethink that.

God Bless......we all have our bad days, but just remember, Satan accuses us in heaven every day, he doesn't need any help.

"Benny Hinn is a wonderful man of God".

You lost me with that remark.

No, what you are saying is that anyone who claims to be a man of God is a man of God, and cannot be criticized.

Benny Hinn is a false teacher, who milks naive people so he can live a lavish lifestyle.

And, he's a ridiculous false teacher that no one but the most shallow people would believe.

What's an example of this? In the late 1990's, he claimed that funeral homes were going to be installing TVs in their viewing rooms, and that the corpses would be hearing his TV show and being raised from the dead.

Here's what he said:

“But here’s first what I see for TBN. You’re going to have people raised from the dead watching this network. You’re going to have people raised from the dead watching TBN….I’m telling you, I see this in the Spirit. It’s going to be so awesome – Jesus I give you praise for this – that people around the world – maybe not so much in America – people around the world who will lose loved ones, will say to undertakers ‘Not yet. I want to take my dead loved one and place him in front of that TV set for 24 hours’….I see rows of caskets lining up in front of this TV set and I see them bringing them closer to the TV set and as people are coming closer I see actual loved ones picking up the hands of the dead and letting them touch the screen and people are getting raised as their hands are touching that screen.”

Now did this happen? NO. Yet, his naive fans will continue to praise him.

Here's other prophecies:

"The Spirit tells me Fidel Castro will die in the ’90s. Oh, my! Some will try to kill him and they will not succeed, but there will come a change in his physical health and he will not stay in power and Cuba will be visited of God."

This didn't happen. In fact, Castro was so old at the time it's a wonder he didn't die. But Benny couldn't even guess that one right.

What do we call people who prophesy falsely? False prophets. Except in the case of some charismatics, I guess...it is ok to be a false prophet if you're wrong 80 percent of the time, I guess..or maybe all the time.

Ask Costi Hinn, his nephew. He's written two books on the subject of Word of Faith teachers.

He has numerous videos on Youtube exposing the problems with their doctrines.

Here's what it boils down to: I am not Word of Faith, and I don't want new Christians or future Christians thinking that such charlatans represent US.

They DON'T. We don't drink their Kool-aid.

Here are links to Costi Hinn's books:

By the way, I was a member of a cult as a young man, and I don't see cultists as being much worse off than Word of Faith/Health, Wealth, Prosperity Gospel teachers.

AND, by the way, these guys are not passive in their contempt for non-WOF. For instance, Bill Johnson says anyone who believes that God has purpose in human suffering believes a false gospel.

So, such individuals themselves have drawn lines such as this. If they want to label non-WOF believersas teaching a false gospel, fine. They've drawn the lines THEMSELVES in this regards.

https://www.challies.com/articles/the-false-teachers-benny-hinn/
https://www.equip.org/hank_speaks_out/benny-hinns-false-prophecies/

Anyways, you can claim someone is speaking for Satan if you want. The reality is that there are false teachers in the Church and their claims need to be addressed. Potential and new Christians need to realize that THESE GUYS DON'T REPRESENT SOUND EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANITY.

Jesus also used natural remedies in combination with faith in his word:

So did Luke.
My position is that Jesus was displaying the fact that he was YHVH who created man in the first place. I don't think the clay by itself healed the man. If we reduce Jesus' miracles to mere natural remedies, that is actually more like the teachings of anti-supernaturalists who deny the miracles of Scripture.

Romans 14 also uses the Greek word for common not unclean.'

I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing by itself is common; except to the one deeming anything to be common, it is common.
(Rom 14:14 LITV)

But Peter said, Not at all, Lord, because I never did eat anything common OR unclean. And again a voice came to him a second time, What things God made clean, you do not make common.
(Act 10:14-15 LITV)

As Was said there is a distinction between the two. And God only cleansed the things that were considered common. THAT IS WHAT HE SAID. I will go with that.
I don't care about peoples' dietary beliefs anyways.

But, if someone holds that there are dietary requirements related to clean/unclean laws for being a Christian, they are Judaizers.

Judaizers focus mostly on days and diet, days and diet, days and diet, days and diet. They are like broken records.

No such requirements were given to Gentile believers.

If they think it's healthier to abstain from certain foods, it's their prerogative. Even if they are vegetarians.

I've already given my position on Acts 10.

Why in the world take faith off the table?????

Fearing some comment that someone says "you do not have faith" is bizarre.
I have been in ministry for many many years. I HAVE NEVER seen the "you would have been healed if you had more faith" invoked EVER.
That assumption needs to die.

You ALWAYS want faith on your side.
What we see with Jesus was about half the time it was THEIR faith and the other half it was Jesus faith.

There are some 70+ verses in the nt on healing. Faith rises as we ingest the word. Words of faith. Words of healing.
But what do folks do?
They got 3 or 4 quotes from paul that they actually use to CANCEL FAITH for healing.
In 1999, some charismatic friends of mine, decided to pray for me to be healed of Rhuematoid Arthritis. They believed I would be healed, they prayed for me for hours. One person anointed me with oil. I prayed with them, believing God would heal me.

Instead I was not healed by them then, or since. I trust God that his will for me is being lived out, in many ways, but it didn't include physical healing.

When I wasn't healed, all these people who prayed for me started accusing me of not having enough faith to be healed. They were the ones praying for me. If not having enough faith was the issue, then it was their lack of faith, not mine. Two of these people were my closest friends. They continued to put me down, berate and insult me for not having the faith to be healed. So, I changed churches to a non-charismatic church, where people prayed for me and my husband and children, with fervency and consistency. Many good things came out of that, such as my children finding Christian spouses, and God using my pain for good!

Ironically, one woman who had prayed for me, got breast cancer. She had a mastectomy, but refused chemo and radiation. She claimed healing. Within a year, she was dead when the cancer metastasized. The other friend almost died from an enlarged prostate. He was so convinced God would heal him, while he got worse and worse, he finally collapsed. A friend came by, rushed him to the ER, where he underwent emergency surgery. He still believes in healing, but also that God uses doctors and modern medicine.

I got very depressed as the RA, pain and deformities grew worse, I gained huge amounts of weight, partly due to prednisone use, and partly from lack of exercise. My heart was broken. I turned away from God for 2 years. I stopped praying, reading my Bible, witnessing and going to church. It took 2 years of God telling me to read 5 Psalms a day but I finally did that for 2 years. I met God's people, warts and all! Some people were healed, but the majority were not! But they praised God anyway!

God had called me to seminary in the early 1990s and I didn't go, because I didn't understand the point! Only men could be pastors. Little did I know God had amazing plans for my life, which did not include becoming a senior pastor. So, in 2006, I started taking courses at an online seminary and gradually got back into studying, writing and doing research. And started being more consistent in following Christ all the time, daily! L I finally got on good RA meds, got into long distance daily bicycling, stretches and weights. God more than restored me, although it was a medical remission, as there is no cure for RA. God allowed me to learn how to minister to God's people, and to be a bold witness to the real gospel, not the "name it and claim it" heresy. I read books on both sides of the debate, but God kept giving me verses of encouragement, and I grew so much during those 7 years.

So, not only was I not healed, I was nearly destroyed with people who told me I didn't have enough faith, when Jesus was the most important thing in my life. I ministered to believers who were hurting, damaged and called second class Christians. I have been able to encourage so many who have been lied to, and accused by the devil of not having enough faith.

"For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned." Romans 12:3

It is God who gives us the measure of faith we need. God has been using me in many areas. I am an admin of a group of almost 800 people on FB with RA, and a smaller group for people with bipolar disorder. So many people come to the RA group, come in, and besides the excruciating pain and deformities, they have had their faith battered by charismatics, who are preaching bad theology, and damaging theology. A 1/4 of a verse of Isa. 53:d, does not a doctrine make! It is a verse totally pulled out context, and then paired with the 2 NT verses, which are about Jesus, not believers in the 21st century.

But I won't get into that, now! I would love to debate this issue, using Greek and Hebrew to show the errors of the Health & Wealth gospel. I have researched and written much about this topic. And I can gladly state, that although I am not healed 21 years later, my relationship with God and others had grown so much. I'm grateful God gave me so many verses to show me, that although I was not healed, I have matured and I am closer to Christ than I would have ever been, had I been healed.

"Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us." Romans 5:3-5

You know, this isn't exactly the same, but when I left a group with false teaching, along with my mother, a former pastor of ours in the group said that she developed breast cancer due to her rejection of the group's false teaching. My mom survived it. Two elders in our former congregation got cancer and died. I doubt God caused either of those men to get cancer, but I found it ironic that they died painful deaths. I pointed this irony out to the former pastor..he had nothing to say. It really doesn't pay to declare that others got a disease or illness due to their relationship with God.

To those who criticize the the OP author for "slander".

There are many examples of false teachers being rebuked in scripture. Paul didn't pull any punches when exposing false teachers and neither will we, we will in fact go out of our way to expose them and rightfully so. Gal 1:8 "But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!"

As we read Galatians we don't come away with the idea that Paul just made his position clear on one occasion and then let false teachers continue without rebuke. We come away with an understanding that he rebuked all false teachers, all the time, even if he wasn't present to witness them.

Paul is writing letters, right? So, when he gets word from afar that there is a false teacher among his brethren he is led by the Spirit to write a letter of rebuke. This letter is to be read to all congregants, for all to see and hear, to be circulated, taught and meditated upon. That is to say Paul just doesn't hear about a false teaching occurring elsewhere and concludes it's none of his business, he makes a point to expose it. And expose it he does, scripturally, forcefully, without hesitation or remorse.

We who have been justified by Christ have a new nature, one that desires to shout the good news from the rooftops and on the occasion of a false teacher or false gospel the nature is the same.

Oh don't worry there is no shortage of those on their quest to harm the body of Christ.
If your ministry is in policing the body be sure to also slam every member of every denomination as USC does in his op.
Just find some error say in the baptists then equate the entire organization with satan including every member.
Then when pushback occurs call them satanists.

Great luck with that ministry.
God is NOT in it.

I'm just waiting for one of these WoF and/or NAR teachers to make good on their word and "bind" this strain of the coronavirus.

But I won't hold my breath, because they can't do it.

Which proves once again that they're nothing more than motivational speakers.
