If all the copies are actual copies of the originals, then why do they differ from one another?
I suggest you try copying a Bible manuscript on a papyrus scroll, in a drafty, poorly-lit room, with poor tools (by today's standards), and without coffee. Let's start with a majiscule (all caps and no spaces or punctuation). I'll grant you good eyesight (which probably was not that common) and knowledge of about half of the language.
If you had done much reading on the subject, you would know the answer to your question.
