Hi saints Potter here.
I just want to encourage you all to stand steadfast in your faith and to finish strong.
As some of you may know I am a 5 year cancer survivor. Praise God for his healing and faithfulness toward me.
In the past 2 years I have been suffering from chronic pancreatitis. Usually this happens to a person who drinks but this is not the case with me.
I don't drink but it could of developed from the treatments for the cancer, who knows, that's not my point.
This condition has made me lose 50 lbs and a lot of muscle mass. It has turned my life upside down to say the least.
Along with the almost constant pain and lack of strength it's taken it's toll. Depression, anxiety, self worth, all have visited me and re visit me every now and then.
So I'm coming from a place that you may be at, or have been. I've prayed and sought the Lord for relief and healing. He's walking me through this difficult time perhaps to strengthen my faith. To broaden my prayer life, to rely on him more. All of these he has done praise God.
My message to you all is no matter what praise God for he is a good good father.
To all of you who suffer from sickness, depression, pain, anxiety, mental challenges, even the fear of growing old and passing please listen to this song in it's entirety. It has helped me get out of bed in the morning. It has raised me up above my affliction. It has helped me to stay focused on what really is important. Jesus. I believe it's a little gift from God to comfort and strengthen.
So to all the saints that walk this path you are in my thoughts and prayers

Excellent post. Perseverance through our struggles makes us Believers stronger because we put our trust in His promise for what is to come. Paul put this in absolute truth:

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
