That is so. The Bible also said it: Unless the grain of wheat falls deep into the earth and dies... it remains alone. To be a leader, you have to serve... and more.

I am reminded of Matthew 19:30-
"But many who are first will be last; and the last, first."

The real marks of a champion in my mind are humility, sacrificing for others, and all-out devotion and passion for God.

Exhibit A: Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.

I don’t think anyone could have made a better statement. That pretty much sums it up.

An example would be, you have to lose A bad attitude to have A good one.
Are you ready to suffer for Him?

1Pe 3:14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

1Pe 4:14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

Living for Christ is not all lollipops and rainbows.

For the cause of Christ
