Anyone remember the time before the internet?
It's affected the way we view the world. Facebook reveals all sorts of divisive thoughts that we never had a chance to be exposed to before.
You went to church, you heard what was preached, and if you were like me and werent the most outgoing, you just assumed everyone else thought the same.
You didn't have access to what other Christians were thinking like we have now on the internet. Anyone can voice any opinion or expound on anything.
When I was going to church, I was aware of different denominations, and had access to a selection of books, but the varying and diverse thoughts and opinions just were not out there. If there's one thing that has completely changed the church I think this is a big part of it if not the main reason.
