Movie sequels and lack thereof.

What are some movies that you wish they had made sequels to....but they never did? Or they have yet to?


And on the flip side, what are some movies that you felt didn't need any sequels....but they made sequels to them anyway?


Sorry, but I personally don't have an answer to either question myself. But I'm curious as to what my fellow CC members would think. This might be interesting.

hey GN. this is a great question by the way. Shows you have a creative side. use it more would be my advice.

With today's Hollywood any squeal being made will be polluted with SJW, cultural Marxist, toxic feminism, influences.. The worst thing that can happen to a movie franchise today is to have the politically correct fascists of Hollywood make a squeal of it..

I hope they do not make another squeal of ALIEN any time soon, they will destroy it.. I am hoping the current insanity in Hollywood will be exorcised soon and sanity will come back to the movie industry..

The Last Starfighter could have used a sequel.

They should have stopped with Terminator 2.

At the moment I can't think of which of my fave movies should have been a sequel. Though I can recall those franchises that should have stopped after the first or second having jumped the shark early on, and some as early as the first release.
John Wick is one of those.
The Predator series absolutely. The last install prayerfully shall be the last.
