Matthew 7:21
Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.
You do not have to do the will of the Father to enter into heaven, but the kingdom of heaven is not eternal heaven, it is Christ's kingdom, which is his church. His church goes my many different names in the scriptures; The new Jerusalem, the church of God, the kingdom of God, the few, the church of the first born, the church of Christ, the church in the wilderness, and more. Christ died to pay for the sins of his elect and God looks upon them as holy and without blame and their sins do not keep them out of heaven.

There’s a reason why the names are different...because there is a difference between each.

Kingdom of heaven is only found in Matthew which is written concerning the Jews and their coming Messiah. It is the physical, visible, earthly kingdom where Christ rules from Jerusalem on the throne of David fulfilling His covenant with them.

1 John 3 KJV
22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

Those who cried LORD LORD but where rejected tried to justify themselves by the Wonderful works.. They where ( will be since this is prophecy) works salvation believers..

Matthew 7: KJV
21 "¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. {22} Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? {23} And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

If you don't do the will of the father, YOU ARE A NON-BELIEVER.
nope, lie.

believe ( pisteuo), to entrust, to think to be true, to be persuaded of, i.e., to trust in Jesus.

so, belief is mental activity,

doing is a separate conversation.

YOU CAN'T SEPARATE JESUS FROM THE CROSS LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO DO; TO BELIEVE JESUS IS TO DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER.

language has meaning. words have definitions. you would do well not to ignore this.

the only separating going on here is you trying to separate words from their definitions.

place yourself under the authority of Scripture, and stop giving yourself authority over it to make it say what you want it to.

you have no such authority

This is a Jewish question concerning the promised kingdom come to earth with the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, ruling on the throne of David in the millennium. As part of the Church, the bride of Christ, I will be returning with Him.
Christ was a Jew, so it is still a question for followers of the Jew, the Christ. When the gentiles all turned from God, God created a special race we call Jews to teach them about Himself. If you follow God (Christ was God) then you follow Jews.

God does not save us based on our earthly actions, only on our faith. Our actions are as filthy rags, not righteous and holy as God says we must be to be saved. We become holy and righteous through what Christ did for us, only. But if we accept Christ as our Savior we must accept all of Him including His desire to be sinless. That is part of our acceptance of Christ, so if we don't desire righteousness we aren't accepting Christ with faith in all of Him.

Thus you believe works are not sufficient but they are necessary for salvation?

yes, but the will of the Father is to believe in his Son as John tells us
John 6:29 - Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
The simplicity FOUND in Christ.....the many cannot grasp this truth!

Do you believe we have to do the will of the Father to Enter the kingdom of Heaven?

You didn't vote yet, could it be your will has a severe distaste of doing the will of the father?

You have to know the answer to this poll question to have any hope of the possibility of getting to the kingdom of heaven.
If I elect to listen to my King and kSavior before I am "terrified" by someone spouting a false premise and doctring, I am quite safe.

Stop attmpting to promote just your thinking and get on the ship of salvation...

I quoted scripture which trumps your lop sided set up poll....
