Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.

I voted yes, and before anyone quotes this is the will of God to believe in Jesus, lets also say that after believing in Jesus, how we live is important:

1Co 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,
1Co 6:10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
1Co 6:11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Gal 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality,
Gal 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions,
Gal 5:21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

So the will of the Father in heaven is more than "believe in Jesus". It is simply, faith. True faith is manifesting in our daily life.

Jesus Himself also speaks about doing the Father's will. It is a broad subject to say the least

The verse you quoted in context, notice that the reason they do not enter is because they are workers of iniquity (evil, sin, wickedness) so in other words, they had all the out-ward works of signs and wonders but they had never repented, they never went through godly sorrow that process of repentance. Which is why Jesus tells them I never knew you.

yes, but the will of the Father is to believe in his Son as John tells us
John 6:29 - Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

I agree this is the starting point

if we believe, we will also follow

but it is a process

sanctification is not instantaneous (although positionally in Christ it is so) so when people get worked up over doing the will of God I would state we begin with believing and then we renew our mind through the word

Being the subject of my eternal King, I have no vote for He is King and all dominion is His. Because I believe Him, you need not a "vote" from a subject of thwe Kingdom.

You have to know the answer to this poll question to have any hope of the possibility of getting to the kingdom of heaven.

you also have to know this is loaded question, jaden already has his pre-packaged responses.

like asking someone " when did you stop being a thief? "

no way to answer that without given the questioner an admission of being a thief . no way to give a answer here without pointing to the lie of salvation by works.

how about this, jaden- what IS the will of God??

This is a Jewish question concerning the promised kingdom come to earth with the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, ruling on the throne of David in the millennium. As part of the Church, the bride of Christ, I will be returning with Him.

so will you, so will we all.

what is the will of God?
The will of God, divine will, or God's plan is the concept of a God having a plan for humanity.
