You can cling to your dreams about some super-weapon or force-user blowing up the Enterprise, but you know after about 30 minutes of show time, some character will get a lightbulb over their head, mutter some technobabble nobody understands followed by two or three others.
After that, Darth Vaders life support system would be infiltrated by little robots and the death star would turn into nothing more than a big disco ball.

Not sure which one is better, it depends on a persons preference i guess.
As for who would win in a fight, "Q" from Star Trek would pretty much beat everyone, immortal with an iq above 2000, can teleport, control matter/ energy ect, time travel, and is omnipotent at the same time... Yeah, no thank you. Star wars's best has Abeloth, and the best she could possibly do is control multiple people at the same time.
On the "normal" ground level i guess we could call it with jedi and siths and whatnot, all it would take is just 1 of the jedi to be assimilated by the borg, and they would have to deal with billions of upgraded Star Trek's borg with lightsabers that are now able to use the force. Star wars universe would be doomed to the sheer number of borgs, and the constant biological and technological upgrades they would be getting, because from what i remember the borg would assimilate all species.
Could they meet for a fight? Hey if we can have Marvel vs DC, Capcom vs Marvel and Smash brothers i don't see why not.
