There is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood, correct? Jesus shed His blood, correct? If so, are we forgiven when we believe in His death and resurrection?

You don't need help, you nailed it......... Except I might add, repentance and forgiving others is also a prerequisite.
"For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15)

Yes, you are spot on about atonement, the spotless Lamb of God Messiah/Jesus....

But a person cannot be saved, even if they believe all of that, until they humble themselves and say "I am a sinner in need of a Savior" and ask the Spotless Lamb of God to forgive them of their sin against Him and be their Lord and Savior....

May seam like splitting hairs but really not.... I know many that believe Jesus is God but not the only way to heaven; they still rely on works or believe that just believing alone will get them them to heaven, just like a Muslim believe in Muhammad, they just believe in the wrong god (because they do not know better) so they will go to heaven too....

There is "believing", then there is a mental accent and "Faith" and only "believing" (lack of a better term) in the ONLY ONE TRUE LIVING GOD!!!!

Is God in Romans 10:9 referring to the Father?

Does "Jesus is Lord" mean that Jesus is Lord of all creation?

What does your Bible say? Has anything created created been created by someone else than Jesus? If so how can this be? Can Jesus be God, in the flesh?

John 1:1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made... 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Correct.. We must also believe Jesus teachings.. Once we believe His teachings then we are believing in the real Jesus not some made up construct that suits our own personal preferences..

Those that Christ died for, which was not all mankind, but only those that his Father gave him, were forgiven, in a covenant relationship, at the time of Christ's death on the cross as he paid for all of their sins that they would ever commit. Us believing in his death does not save us eternally, however, believing will deliver (save, not eternally, that is already secured) us as we live our lives here on earth.

Repentance and forgiving others will deliver us as we live here on earth, but not eternally, otherwise it would be eternal salvation by our good works.

First of all, the natural man would never ask forgiveness for breaking a spiritual law that he cannot discern and therefore does not think he is guilty off (1 Cor 2:14). Secondly, asking forgiveness of breaking a spiritual law only comes after we are born of the Holy Spirit and are able to discern the things of the Spirit. Asking forgiveness delivers us as we live here on earth, but does not deliver us to eternal life, otherwise, it would be eternal salvation by our good works. Eternal salvation is by the grace of God and not by the good works of man.

Salvation by Greek interpretation means "a deliverance". We are delivered eternally and we also are delivered, not eternally, as we sojourn here on earth. Our confession of our faith does not deliver us eternally, otherwise, it would be eternal salvation by our good works. Our confession of our faith does deliver us as we sojourn here on earth the minute we confess it. Most of God's children are guilty of interpreting all of the salvation scriptures as eternal when many of them have a timely reference, such as the above quote.

But the natural man, as described in 1 Cor 2:14 cannot believe his teachings because he cannot discern the things of the Spirit until he has been born of the Spirit.(Eph 2:5).

How do you know that you are among that few?
Even devils believe.
