Have you told the landlord that the damange wasn't done by you? I'd contact them & be upfront & honest. Honesty really is the best policy. I've rented before & had to rip out the screen on my front door to get my key I'd left in the inner lock (I'd gone out the back door, & the door had slammed shut in the wind & jammed solid, which wasn't my fault). I told the owner the next day as it was too late at night to contact them. They came round & had a look and it only cost $20 to get the screen re-framed. The back door was sticky, so the owner planed it down a wee bit at no cost to myself.
I pray that you go OK with your inspection, but you should tell them about what has happened. If you don't, it you will look dishonest maybe and they may think twice about renewing your rental lease. You will be charged for the damage, or you could just sign an affidavit saying that they can take it out of your bond money.
I've found that being honest is not as bad as you imagine it to be.
