Yeah well, do you notice how all the BORN AGAIN believers on this thread agree and know the truth.

Should make you wonder....but then it seems you prefer a "secret" over the Truth.... the Truth that truly sets us free.
It's called the wide path. Lots of people all in agreement!

John 3:16-17 New King James Version (NKJV)
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

O Lord Jesus...
We lift up Your name Lord O God , and say thank You Father that You are all knowing , and have seen what has happened in this forum this day...
We are comforted God that there is no darkness in You , and that Your beautiful light will always put the darkness out...

May the peace of You O God protect all the babes in Christ O God who are looking in on this forum today , and may You protect them from the evil one who has tried to bring discord...

This prayer O God i type through your beautiful Sons name , our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ...

Example of starting our relationship with Christ wrong.

Called out by the Father = repentance , turning from our way to His way mentally, = believing in what Christ did and said to receive the Spirit of Christ.

If the response to the calling of the Father is started wrong, the rest of the journey will be wrong also.

Example of starting the relationship with Christ correctly.

Called out by the Father, = turning from our way to His way mentally, = submitting a surrendered life to Him, and living a life inspired by such surrender.

That's only the beginning! If this is not started correctly, if we attempt to go over or around the sacrificial altar with no surrendered life, it will avail nothing.

We will never be worthy enough to earn salvation.

False Gospel and NO POWER to Save, I learned that here ( ;) @dcontroversal )
Amen and obvious by Galatians....faith plus anything to obtain, gain, keep, embellish, work for, earn salvation (and every other word of like caliber and action) = a false gospel with no power to save, is double cursed and all that believe/peddle it are deceived and called fools by Paul......some in the churches of Galatia had corrupted the gospel by preaching saved by faith but kept or completed by the works/deeds of the law <---FALSE AS

Also if their is any expectations of anything in return for the surrendered life, that's not a true surrender but a business deal or some kind of vending machine process.

The believing then recieving doctrine is exactly that an act of believing to receive something in return.

So if you want to talk about works to earning something, in this case earning salvation, believe and recieve is the best example.

I’ve often wondered whether we will cry as we witness God’s wrath upon unbelievers or if we will experience a sense of justice seeing God’s justice being carried out.
we wont cry it says all tears will be wiped away. in resurrection body no sorrow i believe

The simplicity of the gospel......believe, acknowledge = saved eternally
Amen! Romans 1:16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who BELIEVES, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 1 Corinthians 1:21 - For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who BELIEVE. Amen. Also if you keep in mind how Jesus appeared to Paul and sent him to preach the gospel, to me that adds even more weight to his words.

Nope. It is your application that is off.

Rom 5:18Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.
Romans 5:16 - And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification. 17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. 18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.

*The context of Romans is all men in Adam and all men in Christ. All men in Adam are condemned and all men in Christ are justified.

The word "believe" = the Greek word pisteuo = Strong's definition = " Pisteuo means NOT just to believe!"= Wakeup!
