4. The atmosphere is different now than in the past. Oxygen levels drop every year. Dating methods are taking an educated guess on the levels back then so the earth could be much younger. Even natural catastrophes like an asteroid hitting the earth would change the atmosphere particularly if it killed off dinosaurs.
5. Big bang theory- there was a beginning to life and there will be an end according to scientists now and always the bible.
6. DNA- a genetic code like you would have for a computer. Where did it come from?

Bible
1. World flood- every ancient civilization (though they had no contact with each other) mentions it.
2. Dragons are dinosaurs and ancient people knew what they were. Every civilization again had myths on dragons.
3. Jesus- there were 6000 eye witnesses to him being resurrected and people were killed left and right for holding to Christianity. More eye witnesses than anyone in history. Almost all historians accepts that Jesus lived bc of this.
4. Close to 30,000 1st edition original copies of the bible were made in the 50 years proceeding Christ.
5. It is the year 2019 AD...stands for in the year of our Lord.

Being little gods
1. Who are we? Where did we come from? These are not the thoughts of animals. We have a deep sense of finding meaning in life.
2. Lucid dreams- an animal does not realize he's dreaming let alone do things like fly bc you know your dreaming. A bird flies, but a dog does not. Yet we do in airplanes and dreams.
3. Astral projecting, out of body experiences, and near death experiences- thousands upon thousands of them (that we know about). Are they just all liars? Highly doubtful.
4. People are musicians, artists, scientists, doctors, authors, etc. A song doesn't just create itself or exist. A person must create it. Yet it is just a song. How much creativity would it take for a person?

It is certainly true that many successful musicians and lyricists credit their songs and words to "inspiration". They say, "it just came to me from somewhere else" like poets often would say.

Someone could have already said this, I did not read all post, but the Dead Seas Scrolls. In the original autographs the were about (+/- here there kind of words) 100% accurate. We have more original autographs of Scripture then there are of any other ancient writing, that we (people) will take as truth.

YES!!! The Biblical and even secular scholars on the accuracy of scripture do mostly agree the Bible is 98% accurate to the originals from using textual criticism. This is loaded with evidence. So if anyone says the Bible is corrupted then either they are lying or have never researched it.

A better question would be is the Bible true.

I was in the Mojave Desert for two weeks with two hundred people. For several days we were enduring a wind storm with sustained winds of 90mph.

On the third day I prayed, asking God to stop the winds because I needed calmness and His peace. In my prayer I brought up the story of Jesus calming the storm and asked in His Name that the storm I was experiencing be abated for just fifteen minutes. That’s all I needed was just fifteen minutes of calm.

The wind stopped immediately, but only around me. Everyone else, many as close as ten feet from me were still being hammered by the winds as I sat in total calmness. Fifteen minutes later the winds picked up around me again, then four hours later the storm was over.

When I prayed it was 12:00pm; wide awake, no alcohol, no drugs, no out of body experience. God’s hand was upon me and I rejoiced without ceasing. I vowed to always testify to what God did for me that glorious day.

The winds were high winds for three days( 90 MPH)? And you prayed for peace and calmness for your own self as some kind of testing God? Why exclude the other 200?

Why would God perform that for you? To show you he can ?

Perhaps you were you alone in the eye of a storm in a vacuum for 15 min?

God is no longer brining any new revelations to confirm his finger print. He has sealed off that possibility with seven seals and added a warning to all who claim supernatural experiences. They are on the rise in Christianity .The new age gospel.

We should be careful how we hear and see. The father of lies is on the increase with supernatural lies. It can lead towards the idea of 15 min of recognition or fame . We are warned to stay off of the 3 avenues.

I believe this to be easy work for our Fasther, so I believe your testimony. And, I should since I know what He has done for others using me. My only witness to me is that I felt His Presence all night in my sleep when He worked a wonder for a few dozen people on Long's Peak, the trail up it that is, and He used me.....it was incredible, so I cannot say He does not do wonders for others, for you, for me and for all. I did not pray in selfish malice as you suggest, not did I discard everyone else in my midst. That thought and concept has never entered my mind in the almost 30 years since this incident occurred. Leave it to a self righteous worker bee to think such a thing in an obvious display of envy and disgust.

Also, most assuredly I never challenged God on that day or ever. I simply prayed with fervency and faithful conviction, believing steadfastly that God would heed my prayer, and He did.

Why do you think it was that the winds only stopped around me? Perhaps it is because I was the only one praying for it. Perhaps it was because God enjoyed the one on one moment of intimacy with me, a child with unyielding faith and thankfulness.

You ask why God would perform that for me. Because he can and he did. More than likely He wanted to because of His infinite love and enjoyment of fellowship. I don’t know why the winds stopped only around me, but God’s will was done at that moment and for that I give glory and rejoice.

I share this testimony so that others may believe and rejoice in Jesus Christ.

To those who believe, no proof is necessary and to those who don't, no proof is enough.

But I can make some comments:

Even if the whole universe were made up of a tennis ball sized celestial body with two ants living on it, that would be more than enough to prove the existence of a creator. I think it is utterly stupid to say there is no God, but "Who Is The True God?" is intellectually debatable!

It doesn't make sense that a creator would create intelligent beings and not reveal himself to them. Judaism was a true religion and God revealed Himself to the Hebrews. Christianity is a true religion and God revealed Himself to Christians. Since Islam is an adulteration of Christianity I will disregard the "fact" that Allah revealed himself to Muslims.

What other god has revealed himself to those who believe in him? I know none!

The Big Bang confirms that the universe was created out of nothing, according to the gist of Genesis.

The Old Testament prophecies about Jesus are amazing, especially those in Isaiah 53.

I'm sure nobody could have invented the Gospel -- it's really a true story.
