My name is Ed Davis. I am a 50 year old male who retired from state government. Now I am in the battle of my lifetime trying to protect our family farm from the felonious neighbors and the corrupt local sheriff and county attorney that protect them. Without God I could not stand against those in power. Yet with God, I will expose this corruption that apparently goes far beyond this local municipality.

Welcome Hillfarm, so nice to meet you. That does sound like quite a challenge you are facing. I would like to recommend you put a prayer request in the Prayer Forum (toward the bottom of the list of forums). The Word says When two agree on anything they ask, it shall be done to them from my Father...'. and 'If God is for us who can be against us' God bless you.

Hey Ed. I'm new here too. It is saddening to hear about so much corruption in this world. It is everywhere unfortunately. I'm not a Christian - just learning - and I don't know much about the Bible, but I like the 2 Timothy 3 verses (NIV) stating how there will be much corruption, men will be lovers of themselves etc. Keep praying and I will say a special prayer for you tonight. Take courage that God will help you. Also, I'm sure it says somewhere in the Bible that God helps those who help themselves. Contact your consumer action groups, lawyers who do pro bono work who specialise in this area, and government departments that can help you sort all of this out. Get the media involved. Just never give up! and do try to stay positive (though I realise this is very hard sometimes).

Hello, brother Ed. I have already seen you in several threads. You are such a blessing to many already. God is the helper of the helpless. When we acknowledge that we are weak but He is strong, this opens up the door for Him to step in and intervene on our behalf. He loves us all very much. PTL!
