Whether you are looking for that significant other or not, wouldn't it be nice to have that special someone in your life who can balance you out?

What I mean is, for example, if one person is little too emotional, then having an analytical person in your life would balance that out, thus, creating an harmonious balance.

Or..

I like chicken wings/breast but not a fan of legs/thighs - so having a lady who likes legs/thighs but not wings/breast would balance out my particular food preference, for both of us, in case we order a whole chicken.

So..

Please tell us one thing about you and what personality/trait/character/life/etc of that special someone would balance out that one thing about you.

** honestly, if she wants wings/breast, she can have them.

Keep the wings..I'll take the thighs!

Ive been told that I'm a pushover sometimes as i find it hard to say no to the people I care about.... so maybe someone with more of a backbone.

I am quite fond of hot showers (I may use all the hot water), so someone who doesn’t mind cold ones would be a bonus.

I tend to get quiet when something bothers me. I’d like to be with someone that is vocal when it comes to issues.

Seen in the classifieds: "Man who gets paid Monday and is usually broke by Friday, looking for woman who gets paid Friday and is usually broke by Monday."

Great thread and great points brought out. I tend to try to keep too busy and take on too many projects. Someone more laid back who could remind me it’s ok to just chill sometimes and it’s OK to say NO sometimes. And definitely the man who prefers the old fashioned ways. Opening my door. Holding my chair those sort of things while appreciating that I actually love being in the kitchen 🙏👍

Huh what. Are you talking about. Chickens?

I think God is just in the process of making me a well rounded person who will eventually grow wings and fly. Im sure thats in Isaiah somewhere...those that renew their faith....

This is random but tell him/her what you like.
If you prefer chicken legs, then let the other person know what you like.
I prefer wings/breast because personally don't like texture of thighs and legs.

Me and my dad always order the same thing and share the bbq chicken wings. Althougn its my preference is wings but hes never complained.

When my whole family ate a whole chicken, i would go for wings. My brothers would go for drums. My sister would go for parsons nose and my parents would be left with everything else.

I think a whole chicken between just two people is a bit rich. You can feed a family with a chicken.

I remember a date once saying if we got married, he would order KFC. I was like ok. I couldnt tell if he was joking or serious. With some dates you are like stop joking around cos I dont really get your jokes.

Sorry I cant think of anything right now. My mother always told me she wanted me to stand on my own two feet...she must have pictured me either hopping from one foot to the other or was simply tired of pushing me around (in a stroller) when I was a baby.

Thankfully I did learn how to balance it was Jesus who taught me I simply had to stand on therock that was Christ, rather than shifting sand. I dont think personality comes into it so much. I used to have extremes within my own personality like mood swings so its kind of weird to think another person apart from Jesus could balance that while I was swinging from one to the next which would drive us both crazy.

Its called middle child syndrome I reckon. So thing was I was already IN THE MIDDLE. It was just oustide influences really wanting to push and pull me apart. Once God resolved that I had peace.
