Very astute rebuttal!

Kinda like the person who made unsubstantiated Claims about the President, and used the term gerrymander in a nonsensical way, and then said when called on it, "I don't have to explain what I just said!". Almost a childlike response.

It would be like me saying " SO AND SO here on CC is a terrible criminal" then when asked to prove such a claim, I said "I don't have to explain myself, she just is!"

Pretty slanderous dontcha think?

I've been asked here and on other threads what I have against Americas alliance with Big Pharma and I have repeatedly said that I am against Child sacrifice and @PennEd Don't you realize yet what sorcery means Biblically? Merlin is a myth. Cleopatra was real.
Greek definition of sorcery
"The Greek word translated sorceries is pharmakeia, which literally means the use of drugs." Copy pasted from ask Bing today.

Big Pharma represents Sorcery in the modern world
Ummm.... OK Bob. Please throw out EVERY medicine you have!

I know what Pharmakia means. It is talking about mind altering drugs, not life saving drugs.

The response was to the comment that Trump has the best interests of the people in mind which was set in bold. The response ... really? was a question asking for proof of this fact.
Not sure where slander comes in.

Slander is spoken, not written, and is an accusation.
I merely questioned your written comment you. My one word "really"? is a question in response to your statement.

by only quoting one word out of what I said you give the audience nothing to go on.

Why don’t you bring something substantial to the debate instead of going on repeat?

You’re not being totally honest in your efforts to discredit me. You’re creating your own alternative premises and you are acting upon that.

That’s not childlike, but a behavior one easily could label mean.

The question is why you’re not able to move on, but instead getting stuck in those patterns?

You definitely have changed (maybe I have too). You used to be a fun person to be debating with, but throwing tantrums like that when someone is disagreeing with you is just sad.

I know I can be rough around the edges, so I’m probably as guilty as you are. I’m used to be communicating in capitals, so maybe I’m the one instigating havoc in a peace loving Christian forum?

Heck, maybe I’m the only one to blame for this mess?

Maybe this isn’t the place for personalities like mine?

I need to get better at acknowledging other people’s feelings when I’m debating.

FinCEN Fines Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort $10 Million for Significant and Long Standing Anti-Money Laundering Violations

Immediate Release

March 06, 2015
WASHINGTON, DC – The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today imposed a $10 million civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort (Trump Taj Mahal), for willful and repeated violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). In addition to the civil money penalty, the casino is required to conduct periodic external audits to examine its anti-money laundering (AML) BSA compliance program and provide those audit reports to FinCEN and the casino’s Board of Directors.
Trump Taj Mahal, a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, admitted to several willful BSA violations, including violations of AML program requirements, reporting obligations, and recordkeeping requirements. Trump Taj Mahal has a long history of prior, repeated BSA violations cited by examiners dating back to 2003. Additionally, in 1998, FinCEN assessed a $477,700 civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal for currency transaction reporting violations.
"Trump Taj Mahal received many warnings about its deficiencies," said FinCEN Director Jennifer Shasky Calvery. "Like all casinos in this country, Trump Taj Mahal has a duty to help protect our financial system from being exploited by criminals, terrorists, and other bad actors. Far from meeting these expectations, poor compliance practices, over many years, left the casino and our financial system unacceptably exposed."
Trump Taj Mahal admitted that it failed to implement and maintain an effective AML program; failed to report suspicious transactions; failed to properly file required currency transaction reports; and failed to keep appropriate records as required by the BSA. Notably, Trump Taj Mahal had ample notice of these deficiencies as many of the violations from 2012 and 2010 were discovered in previous examinations.
Director Shasky Calvery expressed her appreciation to the Internal Revenue Service, Small Business/Self-Employed Division, which performed the examinations of Trump Taj Mahal, for their contributions to the investigation and for their strong partnership with FinCEN. She also thanked the Commercial Litigation Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice for their assistance with this enforcement action.
Trump Taj Mahal petitioned for bankruptcy in September 2014. That bankruptcy remains pending. The Bankruptcy Court approved of Trump Taj Mahal’s settlement on March 4, 2015.
FinCEN seeks to protect the U.S. financial system from being exploited by illicit actors. Its efforts are focused on compromised financial institutions; third-party money launderers; transnational organized crime; terrorist and other security threats; significant fraud; and threats to cyber security. FinCEN has a broad array of enforcement authorities to target both domestic and foreign actors affecting the U.S. financial system.

Trump is not going to be reelected. Of this I am quite sure. But, the question is who will?
President Trump is going to win reelection with close to 400 electoral votes. Your anguish is duly noted.

I think middle class needs to be redefined to the average income of the majority of the people just take the lowest 24% and the highest 24% out of the equation out and find the average income of the average person and make that the average used to justify economic reform policies!

It would be the most fair for most of the people I think.

If all drugs are bad, why did Paul say wine is good for the stomach?

Sounds like a bit of drug use.

Voting for the current president should under no circumstances be the outcome of serious thinking. Let that be absolutely clear.

I don’t know what it’s like in Canada, but there’s no way we’re going to get a communist country because the current president is getting voted out of office. That’s advocating conspiracy theories.

We don’t need those conspiracies.

I’m sure Trump is doing his job the best way that he can, but as a citizen I can vote for the candidate I see fit.

I’m not gonna vote for a candidate who stands for isolationism, alienating allies, is doubtful about the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and has been bashing the Agency, the Bureau, NSA etc.

I want a president who is aware of the fact that we’re a part of the Western society, and I want a president who has served the country in the armed forces, or at least is aware of the armed forces significance to the freedom we today are taking for granted.
With respect, this post ranks in the stratosphere of stupidity along with salvation losers.

Not all drugs are bad and a lot depends on the intentions of the users. Wine was safer to drink than water because the alcohol killed bacteria and microscopic parasites.

I stand corrected. You are right. The term I should have used was libel, and I did not direct that at you at all.

The wall/ border security - Best interests of AMERICAN people

Tax cuts resulting in the lowest ever recorded Black and Hispanic unemployment - Best interests of AMERICAN people

1st President to actually take on the Chinese and the absurdly unfair trade practices against American companies- Best interests of AMERICAN people.

Stopping restrictions on AMERICAN petroleum energy - Best interests of AMERICAN people.

Doing all HE CAN to restrict abortion - Best interest of American people..

I can go on and on if you like.

So now you are going to play the victim card? BTW, I know at least once, maybe more, I have genuinely thanked you for serving our country. I do not take your service lightly. Thank you again.

But that makes your LIBEL against the commander in Chief that much more serious.

So Why not either answer the question, or admit that you were wrong?

You had a very faulty understanding of what gerrymander means, and you charged our President with oppressing the American people.

Every society need police to protect us from the selfish and the greedy.

Sure. But I'd like to hear your thoughts on the very important issues I already listed.
