There are many verses talking about the subject but I wonder how others understand them and how they fit into their daily lives?

I usually search topics when a certain inquiry comes to mind and found it very interesting how the Bible does not DIRECTLY deal with the topic of choices and choosing.

Also, in than newer song by Jamie Kimmett - Prize Worth Fighting For (Great song BTW)
An interesting verse is, "And every choice is an act of war"

Thoughts?

Dunno…..what verses are you referring to? And, what are your thoughts about them?

James 1:8 KJV
[8] A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

It means that one part of you seeks to do the will of the Lord. But then your daily choices don’t present it. You make choices that take you out of the will of God. A person has to start asking the Holy Spirit to help them make the right choices . So they won’t be doubled minded. But their thoughts and actions will be led by the spirit . Hope I helped
