Not Alarmed That Man Can Destroy the Earth

Why? God created the earth, and ALL OTHER THINGS, both down here, and in the heavens above.

Genesis 8:21) And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.

22While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

I believe God!
Can man harm His creations? Yes. Can man destroy them? Not against Gods Will.

Nope, I have always believed man destroys much but concerning this creation, no, that is for ourr Father to do when it is to be replaced. a He even tells us in Revelation when He returns He will destroy the destroyers...Praise God amen.

Also in at least two places in the OT we are taugght how the world will lay polluted under its inhabitants for the fruit of what they have done. Just yesterday I was hearing a report how particles of plastic have been found in the snow and ice of the poles. It is transported from the sea in rain.. Certainly He is returning soon, amen. Maranatha....

I'm not sure what you point is but man has been destroying the earth for a very long time. However, in the long run it won't matter, since God will supernaturally burn up everything on this earth and also the atmospheric heaven, and the establish the New Heavens and the New Earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Human beings will destroy the world through nuclear war
and also there will be earthquakes and volcanoes and other natural disasters
and there is no secret rapture to take "Christians" up and away from all of this.
There will be a sifting of the wheat from the chaff.

Why wouldn't the Rapture be secret (hidden from the unbelieving world)? And since Heaven is up and away, that is the correct destination for those who are children of God. The Rapture of the Church is a solid Bible doctrine, not a fantasy.

Just a thought.....at the sounding of the 7th trump the announcement is made in heaven before the throne of God that the wrath of God has arrived and the time that GOD should destroy those that are ACTIVELY destroying the earth.

The destroyer (Apollyon, Abaddon) will be unleashed upon the planet, humanity under the beast will come close to destroying itself.......if JESUS does not step in....NO FLESH LEFT ALIVE.......

Yes the rapture of the saints is Biblical prophecy and doctrine ...
the fantasies come from bizarre stories about all this being done in secret - totally unscriptural - and the idea that Christians
somehow are going to watch seven years of tribulation on heavenly plasma screens.
We will all go through the last days that take us all ultimately to the Day of the Lord.

I don't see anywhere in Scripture that man will destroy the world through nuclear weapon usage.

man will not destroy the earth IMO and as I read His Word

Most have swallowed the imminent return farce while being oblivious to the bolded.....who is it exactly that is waiting for the DAY of GOD.......
