Wow. Genuinely creepy.

This is just what happens when TV becomes christian, so you get celebrity believers, who make
money by marketing and exposure to a vast audience, who are well meaning and trusting, without
any proper discernment or censure.

The fact these guys can hide their accounts and have no accountability, they can hide what is going
on. So how much did you pay for your jets? None of your business.
We needed the jets to do a trip across 5 continents.
$15 million to buy, $3 million per year to run.
$1,000 flight say 52 times a year, $52,000 - of donated money or $3 million
1.7% of the cost. This is simply not good stewardship of money.

If they can blow this amount of money away, what else are they blowing
away for no real purpose than extravagance? Probably everything.
And how much is the poor and destitute hoping for Gods blessing by giving
more to this cause, sowing seeds etc to reap a harvest of wealth?

That reporter did well. I can imagine her with her garlic necklace, and having her cross and holy water handy!

Maybe not all, but "Word-of-Faith" religion (like Copeland's) justifying their lavish lifestyles while milking poor Christians. This is an abomination.

Worse than their lifestyles are the absolute damnable heresies they preach.

I have noted that poor people have little to no ability to promote the gospel of Christ. Poverty is a curse of the Law. Some ministers of Christ flourish under prosperity provided by a very wealthy God, while poor ministers have a very limited local effect, mostly trying to relate to poverty. None of those have an effect like any apostle of Jesus.

A few disciples have figured out that flying commercial severely limits one's available free time to do anything but get to the workplace and returning. How many of you doing that can honestly say they are impacting the world for Christ doing that?

When able to plan an agenda, plan a route, plan engagements like a CEO of a corporation, or an official of government, why waste precious time with commercial air schedules, layovers, or others delays when souls are of more importance?

Major sports teams fly private jets, and many become very wealthy. Why do that? Well, most have to meet opponents wherever scheduled. So why not gospel preachers with sometimes startling messages who have engagements of eternal consequences? Which is more important? If you say NBA is, then you put NBA ahead of the Kingdom of God. Why? More entertaining to you? Would the crucifixion of Christ have been more entertaining?

Poverty is a curse of the Law, while plenty is a blessing of the Lord. You are free to choose which to live by, especially in a free nation like the USA. You are free to live under a tarp downtown among rats and filth until the city outlaws that mode of living. You also can WORK towards blessedness. WHy attack successful people? Few if any inherit that, so get in line with God and prosper, if you dare. Many seem to fear success. Why? Is it because accountability comes with success?

Sorry this is nonsense.
Jesus and scripture always acknowledges the poor and their poverty.
But unlike you God does not attack the poor for being poor.
The Bible teaches us of inequity, injustice, covetousness, workers being cheated of their wages, as a consequence of our sinful nature.
The Law of Love teaches us to share and care, to distribute to the needs of the saints, to give to those who have need.

Greed has no national boundaries, for even in Africa some preachers are millionaires, even though they do not fare as well as America in the amount of money that flows through her.

Even when people are hurting for their needs some preachers do not care, and it seems as if in America they are trying to bleed you dry of all your money, whether preacher, business man, or drug dealer, for it seems like in America it is get all you can get, and forget everyone else, and the purpose of America is to get all your money and leave you out on the street.

God said having food, and clothing, be content, and the preacher is not to be in the ministry for the money, for God only blesses us with our needs, not our wants.

Which the love of money is the root of all evil for it neglects the poor and needy, and love is the fulfilling of the law.

Which Kenneth Copeland lacks love, along with all the rest of them that love money, and their wants.

Which charity, love in action, is greater than faith, which Paul said of they lack then they are nothing, and have erred from the faith, and James said their faith is dead, and John said the love of God does not dwell in them.

But one thing about America their hypocrisy, and the love to enjoy the world is big time.
But then how do you justify their net worth being in the millions of dollars, and their huge mansion, some owning many houses, and their expensive cars, and clothing, and vast amounts of land.

Which it appears that they would like that jet for more than using it for evangelizing, which it seems like they like to live the lavish lifestyle.

But the love of money is the root of all evil, for it neglects the poor and needy, and love is the fulfilling of the law.

And we know many preachers like to go by their wants, especially those television evangelists.

God called poverty a curse, and plenty a blessing. Oppose Him if you will, then suffer. Judge the blessed and be cursed.
Be ye possibly comforted living under a bridge in a cardboard box, calling that blessedness if you will. God will not bless that, but will tolerate it.

The poor always curse the prosperous. They curse those who work hard and do well, resenting their comforts. Apparently you damners of prosperity need to experience abject poverty to appreciate the blessings of God. That's very easy to come by in the abscence of God's blessing. Reject it all you wish. God will allow.

Our county has over 1300 unfilled jobs on a continual basis, spiking to over 1800 last year People apply, but if it involves hard work, they don't return. Many hold out for welfare benefits which are tightening. The prosperous citizens create the jobs, while the lazy seem to expect the rich to do all the work.

Are any of you among those poor resenting opportunities to advance in life?

Please just stop with your nonsense ... poor people do not have to live in a cardboard box.
How about some honesty on how society is owned and operated by the rich for the rich and the rest of us have nothing more than
wages at best. People are poor due to inadequate work (underemployment), lousy hourly rates, cost of living, limited opportunities.
Your attitude and what you write is unscriptural and against the teachings of God.

Unfortunately what you are saying misses the fundamental truth, wealth is a human perception, and
through it you can get other people to do things for you.

Wealth historically meant possessing other peoples effort, and the rich often through power and
exploitation abused those they met to obtain and maintain their position. And through death, their
wealth got passed on when they died to others, while their life was often brutal and short.

The roman emperor could often be cruel and insane, but equally they often only lasted a few years.

In modern times with technology, machines, factories, mass distribution of food, housing, amenities
we are all wealthy and unlikely to be destitute. Now this is real blessing for us all.

What you see as success today is often sales and hype, riding a passing wave of the moment, often
funded by debt, which a few years later collapses into nothing. So connecting this kind of success
with the Lord is not wise, or even true. One could even argue the whole wealth bubble is the effect
of borrowing and debt, which multiplies wealth through lenders, to create artificial success, which
at each recession comes back to haunt us all.
