This post means be obedient to faith or say yes to GOD and then GOD saves the person,makes their spirit perfect and seals them and Yes this Is also true for progressive sanctification.

The JUST shall live by faith Is true for salvation and also true for progressive sanctification but It doesn't mean that the person has to work to maintain salvation,

Once we are saved,our spirits are made perfect but we should then by the mercies of GOD present our bodies a Living Sacrifice.8

GODs promises are yes and amen.
