How do i make my profile picture visible on the CC app?

I joined CC about a year ago but my profile picture doesn't show on the app. What do I need to do..??
Also, I didn't know which forum to post this thread in.

You could try the "User to user tech support" forum. I don't know much about the chat side, but yo look good on the forum side. Since you are here, nice to meet you, Hope. God bless you.
